@ViCustomerCare here are few of the analysis which can revive your company:- 1. Upgrade towers in cities where your network is poor or the areas in cities where your network is poor.(like in bihar , orissa and jharkhand) 2. Stop sending spam sms and calls frequently.

@ViCustomerCare Never buy Vodafone. I was cheated by customer care. They asked me to purchase a yearly prepaid and will wipe my negative talk time balance. This did not happen. I had to pay another 1500 in the Vi office to restart my phone. In total they looted me for 3500 Rs.

So I put my sim to another phone and the same problem was happening, that means this is @ViCustomerCare 's problem, they can't provide the right sollution! What the hell man! I have 12 Vi connection in my family, going to port all of them !!! That is how you give support???
