    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi fraud company they promote products which they cannot service .. then deliberately migrate customer to their choice plans .. Vi response we cannot do any thing you hv been migrated .. that means go to hell we are Vi this how we operate !!!

    @ViCustomerCare Filed complaint against store executive via sending email and DM here. Customer care executive who called me was talking irrelevant stuff instead of addressing the complaint. Told him to ask Sr executive for a call back but no call yet when was to call in an hour

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate your response. But what a seriously absurd way to solve this problem. I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

    Hey @airtelindia tried to port my postpaid sim to airtel from @ViCustomerCare but received a call pretending to be Airtel verification and asked me to send Cancel sms to 1900. Guess Vi is playing a ***** game here. Will share numbers with you, from which I got a call . #IPLT20

    Great start with @ViCustomerCare! Ported my SIM yesterday and it's already a nightmare. Verification line keeps cutting off, and there's ZERO support for new customers. Regretting my decision to switch to Vi already. Resolve my issue immediately or I'm moving back! @ViNews #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare, my number is not activated even after all dues was paid and the matter was already discussed on the alternate number. If everything is clear from my side, what exactly is the problem from your end? Activate the number immediately.
