    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi fraud company they promote products which they cannot service .. then deliberately migrate customer to their choice plans .. Vi response we cannot do any thing you hv been migrated .. that means go to hell we are Vi this how we operate !!!

    @VodafoneIN @Idea As per your assurance I waited till today. But still I am experiencing lot of connection issues. My call was getting disconnected every 15-20 seconds. At a time like this, network issues can cause a heavy loss. hope you understand the urgency of this situation.

    @ViCustomerCare Filed complaint against store executive via sending email and DM here. Customer care executive who called me was talking irrelevant stuff instead of addressing the complaint. Told him to ask Sr executive for a call back but no call yet when was to call in an hour

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.
