    2/2 Now let me also give you one suggestion "why don't you disclose list of mobiles which are compatible for you shit SIM card." @VodafoneIN if you can't provide good network service you should back off hands from market.

    Dear @VodafoneIN i have visited your store TWICE personally as my sim not working. TWICE they gave me a replacement & assured me it will work. TWICE it has been rejected despite me giving original ID proof! Number of manager (pritam) assigned 2 me is out of service. #frustrated.

    @ViCustomerCare My wife is stranded in the middle of nowhere while on IRoaming bcs Vi disconnected service suddenly just because she needed to pay another 6k after paying similar amount a week before 2 her postpaid. why don't you ask us to get prepaid instead of making out life miserable. @TRAI

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare I was in a similar situation recently, i got close to 12 calls in a period of 2 days even after providing the explanation that i am leaving Vodafone after 10 years due to very poor network coverage and very bad customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare International roaming is pathetic with vodafone. They will just disconnects the service WITH OUT ANY NOTICE. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY CALL, CANNOT!! Then they ask you to pay some amount they feel like. Just like prepaid connection. Can't even port while overseas #TRAPPED

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Some people @ V! are ensuring the downfall of V!.. The service at V! is getting from BAD to WORSE.. Most of my friends have switched.. I'm still hoping the management will wake up.. else even I'll switch like everyone..
