I will travel often due to my health & no assurance from Vi, it won't allow any transactions without OTP. I want myself to get better and not waste my time fighting for network and petty waiver offer.

Have been a loyal customer for the last 15+ years and apparently due to boundaries and restrictions they can't help. PORT OUT!
