    @VodafoneIN - This is Bandra West, Hill Road store where I am currently sitting from last 20 mins awaiting a resolution / How crazy is this that despite receiving all confirmation emails, msg & 12 days & nothing done & customer made to run around in Covid Crisis

    @VodafoneIN 9819564477 also given complaint in customer care but no resolution even after deadline. Now it's very pathetic. Not single person from vodafone responding properly. Kindly help......

    It’s obnoxious that there is no service if @VodafoneIN in 4 bungalows. Have put many many complaints still no action taken till. It’s been more than year I have requesting them for proper connection. Seems high fine I change my Service provider. It’s been 16 years i stuck we them

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    @VodafoneIN kinldly help me to resolve my issue.. Even after 6 days my postpaid to prepaid migration is not processed by your team... Giving excuses that vodafone store team have not processed yet.

    @ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

    @ViCustomerCare Some agent called from Vi. They said that my documents were not clear so they rejected them and provided an update on the given number. However, no such number was received and i had to follow up after 24 hours! The agent also was rude. I do not expect this service from Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I hv been trying to port since morning. Everytime I send the msg to 1900 I get the same response " Incorrect request, please send the request with correct format". This seems to be your shady attempt of not letting your customer go. Your network sucks

    @ViCustomerCare There is a network issues with prepaid line. I went to VI store which is on my gate and there the speed is ok. But at my home it's not working. Kindly register a network issue problem and advise your team to visit the premise.

    @ViCustomerCare I did recharge yesterday of 3gb data pack in which i didn't got service validity , so I'm not able to use my data , Can i please get my money back as i did recharge two times yesterday of 58 + 58 and it's of no use now, I request to refund my money please.
