    @ViCustomerCare You should look up all my earlier complaint before asking for any details. If the problem persists, then why did you close the complaint? Even your engineer visited my home to check the network issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Ms.Shalu, I don't want to take a chance. I will travel often due to my health & no assurance from Vi, it won't allow any transactions without OTP. I want myself to get better and not waste my time fighting for network and petty waiver offer.

    Day 8 since my first complaint of Vi internet services not working in my locality, and same issue faced by everyone in my family and people staying in my apartment @ViCustomerCare . If this carries on I’ll have no other option then porting to a better network! #Mumbai @GoI_MeitY

    @ViCustomerCare Today first time realise that Vi customer care people also has give up on me so rude call can’t express Name Roshan of the caller called on 198 toll free number tried to listen the call as he was asking to Port out no sympathy on call

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare I AM NOT EVEN ACCOUNTING THE TRAUMA AND AGONY. WAIVER OFF A GOOD COMPENSATION AND A GUARANTEED RESOLUTION ELSE LET ME PAY YOUR OVERBILLED DUES AND PORT OUT AND FOR WHICH I WILL SEE YOU AT CONSUMER COURT.

    @misterarora @ViCustomerCare It won't also. Please check my tweets. I had an ongoing battle with them for the last 2 month & today I gave up. Will port out soon. Have been a loyal customer for the last 15+ years and apparently due to boundaries and restrictions they can't help. PORT OUT!

    @ViCustomerCare VI network is not good specially for indoor usage at s k nagar, talikoti. Whenever I am in Bangalore, no issues. have raised the issue multiple times, it gets closed saying, area has optimal coverage.
