    Kya loge bhai internet sahi krnae ka, redx plan ka kya fyda ... jab internet ki speed hi zero hai... disappointed serive by vodafone.. @ViCustomerCare if problem will not solve asap , please arrange to reimburse my all amount which i paid for same... bakwasss service

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS I was finally able to connect with your customer care (nobody called me from your end) executive who was impatient and my issue wasn't resolved. I think I am just going to move to another provider. That would be quicker than working with your customer care. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ConsumerGoodsF what kind of resolution you r talking about since more than 40days. Received sms from concerned department for Rs59 will get settled in next month. What about payment I made & why should I had to pay penalty? Is it my fault or system fault?

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve port the my Sim in Vi , but post activation only 1day its working , next day its showing No network, i’ve visited to the service center & they replaced the sim card , after 3 hrs its working fine. After 2days getting same issue. No network, this is pathetic
