    @ViCustomerCare I would like to bring to your notice that service in our area was earlier very good from Vodafone idea but after some techniqal issue the service is not at all good

    @ViCustomerCare All OTPs are getting delayed. Instead of getting an OTP for a payment I want to do now, I am receiving OTPs requested for previous transactions which were not delivered then. Please resolve OTP issue asap.

    @swapanseth @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Both r crappy 🤨 including Jio as well. After Jio’s price war started , now no cellphone provider can provide good premium service. It’s a shame, due to pricing war, the quality overall is gone down so much

    @ViCustomerCare I didn't receive any call that you might have tried and because of the poor network at my place the call did not connect. Other people are also telling me your number is not reachable at max time. I really feel regret porting my no Jio to Vi. Now time again go back to Jio

    @ViCustomerCare another day is passing and i didn't get any solution of my network speed everytime i just have to do flight mode on and off . Are you going to do something ? Or not It's very hard to study with this network speed . Missing my school online lecture. I'm waiting

    Horrible customer experience with Vodafone Idea. They do not listen to any complaint, they just call you after 4-5 days that your complaint has been resolved from our end but they do nothing. Not recommended to anyone. Worst product I have used so far @ViCustomerCare
