@ViCustomerCare I had messaged you yesterday but did not hear back. Until now - 36 hours after the problem started, I cannot send or receive SMS if the network is 4G.. I can send and receive only if I am on 3G..

@ViCustomerCare No need, i m changing my operator and going with airtel. This is not happening for the first time. As i m ur customer from 2006 i m aware that you always keep your plans too expensive compare to others and provides worst service. Very disappointed currently. God blast u vi 😡

@ViCustomerCare That is the whole problem here....SERVICE Since yesterday your team is on holiday and nobody bothers to reach out to a vintage and loyal customer with high CLV. Nobody is interested in retaining a customer @vodafone .
