    @ViCustomerCare For the last 2 weeks, 4g network is not working in our area due to which our studies have been interrupted.what about validity? i have 4 VI sim in my family If it is not resolved then i will change the sim..

    @ViCustomerCare hope no bill for this period will be given as no network provided . pure customer harassment. ive asked so many times to port and you guys are not helping with that. all your representatives are simply useless.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare I have send 5 mail to Vodafone in the last 21 days. But till now the solution of my internet speed is not found. On one hand Vodafone claims the fastest network and on the other hand it is just 15 km from a city like Jaipur.
