    @ViCustomerCare Not able to receive calls but am able to make calls SMS. Caller gets msg that phone is switched off. Have this problem from 28th June. Called customer care, complained on Vi App. Kindly solve quickly & also u shouldn't bill me from 28th till the problem is sorted

    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @ViCustomerCare the quality of coverage needs to be improved at multiple locations here in Gurgaon. Areas like DLF 1&2, Sushant Lok 1, South city need to have better outdoor & indoor coverage also to be strengthened. Being high green cover, the indoor coverage is poor here

    @ViCustomerCare I have made one recharge of 449 on 12th June(4 GB/day for 56 days) and by mistake: I have made a recharge of 299(4 GB/day), ideally both plans should be activated but your customer care is saying that 449 plan is no longer activated
