    I m @idea user. My sim card is blocked (26+ hours) without any reason/notice. M stuck amid lockdown. When asked customer care, they are asking to reach out @PMOIndia as it's PMO's order to do a lockdown.@TRAI can you please interfere and take action.Thanks @VodafoneIN @idea_cares

    @VodafoneIN You have activated How To Videos service on my number stating it is my request. I have not asked for any additional service. Kindly deactivate this immediately and make sure there is no rental charged unnecessary for this.

    @VodafoneIN I don't see any action taken against my request even after sharing my number via DM! Disgusting. Also note that the network fluctuations and call drops have started from last two days. If you cannot service I would switch over.
