In my experience #airtel network is pretty good compared to dummy network #Vodafone. Really @VodafoneIN should improve their service. Very bad. Pathetic service. Just realised why they loosing customers base instead of blaming #indian #Government.

Looks like @ViCustomerCare is full of incompetent people. After 3 weeks of raising grievance for WiFi calling, today I got call from VI network team and asking about issue. They couldn't even understand the issue even after 3-4 calls earlier by their network team. @DoT_India
