    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

    @ViCustomerCare not happy with your service.If your old coustomer have old mob no of your network, you will force to convert in post paid from prepaid. other wise you will stop sim network.

    After 2-3 DMs these @ViCustomerCare people not at all responding. Now the data plan not visible in my account. Don't know how they deactivated my data even if I have data plan till 19th July. Very disappointed by the response and they need 4-5 days to look into the issue 😰

    @ViCustomerCare What is the problem with your sms service? The sms service stops working every alternate day for me/wife/son and we have to register complaints to get it working again. Is there a problem with your system or just POOR SERVICE??
