    @ViCustomerCare For more than 8 years we are having problems of signals in our house. Once inside all your signal bar goes blank. Using 4G is a dream. Despite several complaints your company has failed miserably to address this issue. Is your technology so outdated or is it sheer contempt

    @ViCustomerCare Today I had to call same person 7-10 times but still couldn’t talk even single time coz of your excellent Network strength. Have realised to better port out rather than complaining here. Absolutely pathetic network.

    @ViCustomerCare vi CEO doesn't have power to even repair a tower which was working earlier now it's not working from 4 months so pls don't purchase vi sim cards

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea Closes Complaint Saying You were Not Reachable However The compalint Itself Is Having Call Making and Receiving Issue due to Signal Issues Even With Booster . Two Complaints Already Closed #vodafoneidea

    Very strange to see this from @ViCustomerCare. They just called up and mention that my issue can't be resolved and indirectly suggested to port out. Being with Vi for last 8 years, good to see such response and may be they don't value their customers anymore. @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare Not able to receive calls but am able to make calls SMS. Caller gets msg that phone is switched off. Have this problem from 28th June. Called customer care, complained on Vi App. Kindly solve quickly & also u shouldn't bill me from 28th till the problem is sorted

    @ViCustomerCare I never seen this type of worst network and worst customer support like Vi india. I raised complaint about call waiting issue on Mar 8 still there's no response from their side even I made replacement for Vi sim that services is also not working @TRAI @DoT_India

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

    @CRED_support Just got a call from your support and I've been told to wait for 72 hours more. I demanded for a compensation and was said no. 3 days I have to wait. 3 days my service is inactive. @ViCustomerCare please don't let cred as a platform for recharge. And **** you cred. ********

    I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare very big problem sim card user if any customer didn't able to pay his bills because of the funds problem.they will stop giving service,.ok .after the payment clear then. U are my premium customer pay 11080/- to get again the same no. reopen. They think cust. fool.

    @ViCustomerCare THE MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER CARE. MY DAD HAS PASSED AWAY AND TO REACTIVATE HIS NUMBER WHICH WAS LOST AMD LATER RECOVERED ITS BEEN TAKING FOREVER. NO ONE HAS BEEN OF ANY HELP. EOTHER UR APPEALTE EMAIL NOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
