And they are being ignorant about it.

He assured me that the SIM will be activated within 24 hours and told me that the paid amount will be refunded. Just waiting for the action now.

Once the SIM will be activated, will surely initiate a complaint against the customer care by which my request got rejected 2nd time too & #vi_store official.
