@idea_cares 5th month on, still no network after the outage in April! @VodafoneIN visited several Vodafone stores multiple times & finally the SIM got replaced on Sunday, still the SIM is inactive and heavy bills&harrasment for collection without reason/usage @rmstakkar you are my last hope.

@VodafoneIN Had 2 step out again to text u guys I dn't hv network. Just say u r not capable or hv expertise 2 handle this. I will thn switch my network. Hv been paying bills regularly since last 10 yrs. U never hd issues frm my side but my issue of network is not being resolved

@ViCustomerCare Diya, no personal grudges but Vodafone's network and data speed has gone from bad to worst. I just bought a @SamsungMobile #Fold3 and the network is so bad that hardly any app function without wifi.
