    @ViCustomerCare My Mobile data hasn’t been working since yesterday. I have sufficient mobile data, getting full signal and yet it’s not working. I’m not being able to use the internet through it. Please look into it ASAP, as a student request, treat this as urgent.

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare l have Rs 7.48 in main bal.and Rs 220/ in 2nd bal. But I can't be sent any message. So I port .Vi NO care TRAI order in this case I request all Vi customer to port from Vi to another operater । Vi executive call me but also tell Vi policy in Rs 155 send message

    @ViCustomerCare Such a pathatic service..never ever experienced in my life..not getting network in my mobile since 30 days.. complained approx 30 times but no resolution ..i want my money back i have paid for 3 months otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court.
