    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I am using a VI sim from last 6 years, yesterday unfortunately it was not able to make incoming/outgoing calls. Visited store but they didn't provide the number. Kindly help me for getting same VI number.

    @ViCustomerCare More than one hour no network in P.L Despande garden area. Pune. The reason is no power supply to your tower as genset is not working. Are we paying for such services. Shame shame for such multinational company.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp does trai has any rule to punish Vi for such disgusting service and fraud Vi’s fault and we Customer suffer they don’t and cannot improve their service and put us in trouble and loot from us by pushing to new tariffs deliberately

    @ViCustomerCare I have port from BSNL to VI but don't know why taken so much time to activation. I am abke to see VI network but calls are not getting connected. I have visiting VI store they also not given the exact activation ETA The UPC for your mobile BZ554322

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS you give me 4GB of data per day but to use that I need a network that I don't get. And when I call to change my provider you cry and ask not to leave. Give me one good reason to continue as your customer!

    @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare Yesterday after decades of using first idea and then Vodafone which now is vi I finally migrated to Airtel...lost hope of their network improving in nearby future and fully sympathetic to their situation..but current call drop and network situation is too bad

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I've been facing network issue from past 2 days, and I was asked to replace the sim card, I replaced it yesterday evening, since then there's no network on that also, And there's ticket raised in the morning 9 AM, and there's no update on that also.

    @ViCustomerCare hi. Why does my 4G disappear when I make a normal voice call? I'm unable to search the web unless I'm connected to Wifi while on a regular voice call. Most of the times calls also don't connect. Please help.

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare Despite my multiple mails and texts, you guys hv made unauthorised so called debit as outstanding amount on a closed number. Ur useless customer team has no clue what they say on phone and what they write on mails. Can't imagine that hw customers r looted.

    @ViCustomerCare now you will pay for your mistakes, just wait. You don't know who am I? Mistakes happens say sorry be humble to customer but doing mistake and creating fooling agenda out of customer is a crime. You will pay for it 72 hrs deadline for u.Then no calls only action

    @ViCustomerCare VI NETWORK CONNECTION IN MY LOCALITY IS NOT WORKING WE ARE ABLE TO MAKE PHONE CALL BUT DATA NETWORK IS NOT WORKING SINCE 11 APRIL 2026 , ALSO THERE IS NO ONE , WHOM WE CAN CONNECT AND SHARE OUR PROBLEM, THERE IS 199 COUSTOMER CARE NO. BUT IT'S FULLY AUTOMETED. PLS, RECTIFY IT.

    @ViCustomerCare, my number is not activated even after all dues was paid and the matter was already discussed on the alternate number. If everything is clear from my side, what exactly is the problem from your end? Activate the number immediately.
