    @VodafoneIN Purchased new no today from Vodafone Gallery, Powai, Mumbai. Assured of activation within 2 hrs. Even after 10 Hrs no activation. Helpline says, you need to visit gallery again for activation. Extremely poor service. I am travelling, can any vodafone guy help!

    @VodafoneIN It not resolved, you guys can't ask me to pay now and wave of next month. Why shld I pay when I m not using your service. If it it like that I must include @TRAI on this matter. Bcoz it day light robbery that you guys doing. Without informing me u can't hate for amazon prime.

    The @VodafoneIN help line says the billing team will call but there is never a call back provided, complaints are being registered as billing inquiry and not being registered

    @VodafoneIN my wife just got back from the UK and isn’t getting network. Complained on 198 some lady said it will take 4-5 days to resolve and cut off my call! Please help! Vodafone user for over 10 years and very disgruntled at the moment.

    Pathetic customer care from @VodafoneMumbai @VodafoneIN Calling since last 3 days for change in family plan. Keep getting assurances from call center but no response. At the end of it they delink my family plan and slap me a bill 3 times my usual amount #Vodafone
