    @VodafoneIN How many times you guys will note my issue. When the issue will get resolve..... Mr. Sunil Sood kindly educate your network engineers and survey engineers to work on data connectivity issue. These guys just make a note but never resolve anyones concern. @VodafoneIN Shit service.

    Very very lackadaisical service @VodafoneIN . Just pathetic. Pls change my relationship manager. Earlier two were excellent. Been trying to get ownership transferred and it’s been ages. It’s my last day in bombay today and no resolution.

    @VodafoneIN Its been 2 months now , I already got another bill with 100rs as Late Charges. 2 months is enough time to solve a customer issue. Anyways I will just pay off the bill and I will be leaving Vodafone

    @VodafoneIN one of the worst service it has become now. I am facing major issues with the network now in Royal Palms 400065 from last two weeks. And they are not doing anything about it. Very soon I am planning to switch into other network.

    @ViCustomerCare, can you please stop with your cheap tactics of subscribing to VAS on our behalf and deducting money from the balance? It's annoying to call customer care twice a week and go through the headache of getting the amount reversed. This is disgusting.

    @ViCustomerCare A few min. ago I received a deduction notification for some service that I had not even subscribed for. Money has been automatically deducted from my Main Balance without my knowledge. Please take care of this issue asap.😑

    @ViCustomerCare There is no point of sending a DM, it's not a problem with my number, it's rather your policy which is problematic. Just add a disable option on VI app to turn off the COVID advisory before every call.
