@VodafoneIN you guys say you have a better customer service , why can’t we find it . Simple from last 3 months I have been struggling to get a network also .Your interest says it’s a 4G but it works like 2G even in a city like Bombay.

@VodafoneIN I have called customer care 198 , they says issue will get resolved but when. You guys call to cross sell, but when it comes for service you divert customers. Your one customer service tells me that your sim has nagpur circle so need to visit retail outlets.

Less than a week of porting from @VodafoneIN to @airtelindia I will have to port again. My complaint 31-821358657445 is not yet resolved and I do not get data services at my home location. And I thought Airtel had a better network.

@ViCustomerCare worst customer service Provider, When I tried to port, they offer me a plan of 3 gb per day now they give me, only 1 gb before validity, And Yours customer care executive knowledge is zero, I have all the proove, will file a case in Consumer Court Soon

The company should be banned as they take charges of 4G but don't provide 4G and don't even resolve network issues. @ViCustomerCare
