    @ViCustomerCare I’m highly disappointed with the way you are dealing with issue. I had raised 2 complaints. Your engineer visited my home and confirmed there is a problem in my area and assured for resolution in 48 hrs. I feel it’s time to port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare I have also de-linked my secondary number from the existing plan by converting that number to Prepaid. Now I don't think there should be any further issues but still there are some pending contractual obligations at your end.

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service ever. Called from a Vodafone store to convert my postpaid to prepaid sim, the lady kept taking decisions on my behalf and ultimately she rejected the call without hearing my request. Ditching Vodafone forever.
