@VodafoneIN forget 4G even 3G doesn't work. I have 2 complaints which are lying open. Call drop, call fail and internet not working- literally 95% of the time. And you'll send SMS telling me how much your service has improved! It's Pathetic and I am fed up 😡

@ViCustomerCare Seems made a mistake by porting to Vi. Your store is closed for 3 days. Can't make calls, can't do UPI payment, I'm stuck. I ported my another vi to @JioCare and there wasn't any issues. FRC was activated as soon as Jio sim started.

@ViCustomerCare trying for MNP but always recieve a message that there is a contratual agreement so you cannot, also customer care executive says that SR cannot be generated from our side. How do i know if my complaint is registered.
