  Shame on @ViCustomerCare! I was lured from @Airtel_Presence with false promises. After porting, Vi demanded extra IR charges per number, pushing my bill from ₹999+GST to ₹1355+GST for fewer benefits. Complaint closed. Appellate ignored. This is cheating, not business. @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare You are asking me to provide proof of what an agent told me about a plan months ago. How can an ordinary customer be expected to keep the agent's name, exact date/time, store details, or screenshots for six months? The responsibility of maintaining .

  @ViCustomerCare I DM’d all details about my iMessage/FaceTime activation issue. No resolution yet. Prepaid user, no international SMS. Need international SMS enabled for iMessage activation on prepaid . Please fix this ASAP

  @ViCustomerCare Do you still have customer care representatives or it’s just automated options? For a non working sim yuh are sending sms for troubleshooting? Insane!!
