    @VodafoneIN Hello! Your complaint for Voice-No Access INC or OG with reference number MNG-V00126628671 dated 02 Oct 20 02.39 PM is resolved. If you are not satisfied, you can log appeal at 198. This msg I received nothing happened problem is as it is call dropping and Slow net.

    @VodafoneIN hello, you always ignore on twitter so instead of taking follow up on this handle which is full of robots who never understands customer queries I went to Vodafone store. They are also not responding. 5 daya done but no resolution done.

    @VodafoneIN Issue is, I was using 299 plan and I had upgraded to the plan of 399 with Mobile Shield but when I tried to registered on Mobile Shield App it always shows error. Now I want from Vodafone is to put my previous plan back on my number with Rs 50 discount that I was getting before.
