    @VodafoneIN ur exective miss leading the customer by not issuing them prepaid duplicates sim and telling that sim cant be seipe it has been suspended , if u want this number u need to activate it on postpaid ..heights of misleading the customer

    @VodafoneIN sucks big time. I have been on call with their customer service for 6th time in month to solve one issue. They charged me extra on international roaming. The senior supervisor agreed it's their mistake but still not resolved. Suggest another network. I'm just done.

    Lesson learnt. Never will I ever activate International Roaming on @VodafoneIN no. They definitely loot you with exorbitant packs and then make false claims to get a extra bucks. #VodafoneSucks

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network and internet is not done even after complaining many times. Just tell the date that this date will be correct but nothing happens I would say that it would be better if no one takes Vi's SIM card. Have to repent later.

    @ViCustomerCare I have given the explanation many times on mails as well as tweet but executives in Vi don't understand that Mini Store executives misleaded me and cheated me and hence I was charged additional IR charges. The day this service was activated my SIM card was deactivated for 20 days

    @ViCustomerCare Can you explain how can a customer whose SIM card is deactivated use the service. In addition Vi does not have the capability to activate a new SIM in International Roaming. All the required proof are given on mails. Before replying kindly read the mails and respective attachment
