    @VodafoneIN your customer is not properly trained. you are not clear in your plans and core balances policy. issue info for customers your about your policy. it has become headache to understand your plans for extra balance to create for out of India calls. 👎

    Just came from Rohtang pass and were there is no network @reliancejio have a network .@VodafoneIN don't have network at Mumbai properly . It's time to switch to @reliancejio Pls help to do it .

    @VodafoneIN Few minutes before one of your customer executives contact me and explain about recharge 154 and in last he said I will get 100sms daily and when I tried to recharge and check all information there is no 100 sms daily. Why they are giving wrong information

    Even after lodging several complaints with appellate team of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia regarding abrupt STOPPAGE of VOLTE service on my newly ported mobile from @VodafoneIN the issue is not resolved. I'm terribly inconvenienced. @DoT_India ,I request you to look into this.

    @VodafoneIN As I am a #customer of #Vodafone since last 8-9 years but now the Vodafone team taking granted for small customer like us There are many complaints I have given but in reply i have received that "we are working and fix in 90 Days" So I don't think that your team is interested.

    @VodafoneIN forget 4G even 3G doesn't work. I have 2 complaints which are lying open. Call drop, call fail and internet not working- literally 95% of the time. And you'll send SMS telling me how much your service has improved! It's Pathetic and I am fed up 😡

BTW, ऐसे cheating करके कितना कमा लेते हैं आप लोग ! Why don't U allow recharge thru main balance, after all money in MB belongs 2 customers!

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Need a resolution within 24 hours, otherwise would port all my 4 number to some other network, I know it won’t affect you guys, you have millions of users, but in future I’ll make sure to recommend others not to go for Vi.
