@Airtel_Presence Airtel is working fine the internet speed is bit slow, we are able to call and message. Appreciate the prompt response. Looks like @MyVi_VodaIdea @ViCustomerCare doesn't care about their customers.

@ViCustomerCare I am sure that you take the complaints and resolution thereof really seriously and strive to resolve it. So far I haven’t seen any resolution BUT the complaints raised thru your app is giving a unacceptable response.

Literally no network in Kandivali West Supposed to attend con calls and there's no network since morning. Atleast should have informed the customers about the network issue that we might face today, so would have made alternate arrangements. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Your network worst network. Call drop, call break, biggest covid advice by Vodafone network I am fade up with your company. Sometimes look at jio, airtel company covid advice. Every call you start your covid advice. Bad experience with you. One number with I will port.

@ViCustomerCare And sometimes browsing on google is also not possible due to poor internet speed. Initially i was a Jio user but now ported to vi and now regretting for it. Very poor internet speed provided by VI. Itni speed to jio me data pack khatam hone ke baad bhi aati h.

@amazonpay today I recharged my Vi number through Amazon pay app and there is an offer for rupees 719 2gb per day offer and I have done it. But I only have got 1.5 gb😡. I raised a complaint in @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia But no Reply from them. Got cheated from Vi.
