    Also please note that at the same place @airtelindia is giving better network. I do not feel good by saying this since I have been using vodafone from so many years but this carelessness of not resolving network issues from @VodafoneIN is forcing us to port to some other network.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service provider, I am telling on behalf of my brother in law who is illeterate and an auto driver that he took sim card by providing his ID proofs only some 8-10 yrs ago when the sims were selling on roadside with umbrella tents. It was your executives mistake he linked

    @ViCustomerCare Hi VI! It has been great experience and bad experience for me. For now the bad experience is been prolonged for past 2 3 months. So it's safe to say that I'll port my number to Airtel or Jio. Thank you. PS: Customer service is good.
