    I am a @VodafoneIN customer since 2002 Maxtouch became Orange 10 days after I joined as a prepaid subscriber. After 17 years the same company is harassing me by suspending my number whenever they feel like and charging full #Bhugtaan

    Ladies and gentlemen this is how @Vodafonein treats customer who has been with them for 17 years (9 years + with the current number) pathetic network pathetic customer service and even more pathetic attitude I am porting to @Airtel_presence tomorrow suggest you to do the same.

    @VodafoneIN has suspended my account twice this week and blamed me for it network issues since 6 months current number since 9 yrs + total tenure as a customer 17 years. Think about it. Tomorrow it could be you Port out to @Airtel_Presence today.

    @VodafoneIN today I had to spend ₹80 to go to your store to get my number activated there was no network in the first two stores so I had to go to a third store. That 80 rupees where's my lunch money.

    @rsprasad pls issue effective directions to stop spam sms and calls. It should be easily implementable. @trai and @VodafoneIN seem to be either ineffective or probably @VodafoneIN earns revenue from spam, so don’t have interest in stopping spam.

    1. The Vodafone number I have been using for the past 7 years, 973***3341, was suspended 2 days ago due to some documentation issues. Currently I am in Gujarat and the @ViCustomerCare team recommended I visit Mumbai to reactivate the number.
