    @VodafoneIN sir please devloped a special app Vodafone tv like jio tv for better'entertainment provide to vodafone customer's during this lockdown day's in India.vodafone Play is the best app but Tv channels are not available exclusively.please look into this matter..

    Been to YAMNOTRI on 26 May 26. Great footfall, but no service 1. Toilets are very bad (Not in useful conditions) 2. No mobile network (@ViCustomerCare should take this initiative for network & branding here, coz there is no VI network in mountains) @AdityaBirlaGrp @AnanyaBirlaX)

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to use unlimited 5G in my home despite being latched to 5G network. I use my phone as hotspot to surf the internet on my laptop. What could be the reason for this and how can I start using unlimited 5G at home?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Already shared everything still no response from your side. Let me know if you are able resolve the issue otherwise I will switch to better one my all 6 postpaid connection. @TRAI We are not getting proper network after paying for the same.

    @ViCustomerCare While I have a 739 recharge on, unlimited data and it is ending on 7th June, why I am being told on customer service that I have 1 gb/day and your app is showing data limit reached ? And there's no customer representative on 198, pathetic service.

    @AAbbhi_ @ViCustomerCare Too many daily calls from customer care, welcome team, relationship team however there is no internal communication among them... They are not able to resolve simple issue... My SIM cards not delivered even after 8 days... Very bad experience i had

    Port to other network after checking the services first. Simple Solution @ViCustomerCare will be soon finished due to such kind of services. Pathetic
