Why am I being penalised and harassed for information gap between you and your other employees ? 3. Dear @ViCustomerCare, I had already raised a request to deactivate my SIM, and the request has already been processed. Despite that, I am still receiving 10–12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.
