@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Sir I too am facing similar problem from Vi. Since 21st October 2021 my outgoing SMS are barred though I have unlimited recharge, correct SMSC number and replaced the SIM too. I can't do my banking on mobile, lost business and can't even port out.

@SjaySaha @ViCustomerCare This problem will not get resolved. Almost all vi user face same problem. Net speed is good but still many app takes long time to open. Port to another operator
