@ViCustomerCare After complaining so many times they haven't understood the customer issues, there customer support are so rubbish and rude they don't know how to talk with the customer they haven't marked my complaint and even ended my call in between of the conversation

@ViCustomerCare You have not trained customer support - wasted time explaining a problem : they just don’t get it. A promise to resolve issue within 24-48hrs yields no results. Network not in service - sim not working and yet they have audacity to tell me that I’ll receive a call :) bizarre
