Visited the Vodafone, Santacruz, Mumbai outlet thrice in 2 days to activate eSIM, but they’re incapable of doing so. Representatives Imtiyaz and Rubina there say “we don’t have access to provide eSIM QR codes, can only be done via SMS”, pathetic service!!! @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare 5 days since I raised this issue and then escalated this issue. You have not resolved it. And to compound the matter, you have blocked my Outgoing and Data services. Absolutely shameful.

@ViCustomerCare I was told 299 rs plan with a discount of 50 rs on my number however it is not seen in my bill. I would then move to @reliancejio or @Airtel_Presence on your multiple requests I remained with VI but that was a bad decision I see
