    @ViCustomerCare " Your Network complaint is already registered with ref. no. UPW-V00768865931. The expected resolution date is 05 Jan '22 11:01AM " Now its been more then the expected date and complaint isn't resolved yet. I want refund of my recharge. Poor network vi 👎👎

    @ViCustomerCare Dear sir..it was activated on my phone and I deactivated via VI app...not just a message .. within few minutes of activation and deactivation I contacted with Customer care but they are unable to answer
