    I thought I had a problem with my phone and storage, till I connected with Airtel hotspot and started surfing. Terrible internet speed @ViCustomerCare . More than 12 years connection, but now need to port the number. Since it became Vi from Vodafone, problems have started.

    @ViCustomerCare we are unable to send outgoing message after recharge . Very poor service by Vi. If you will not resolve issue we will port our number.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I have ported my two vi postpaid number in worst network @Airtel_Presence last month . It's almost 30 days.This is my one of bad decision.I wanted to come back to VI again pls guide me.Can't continue even one days with worst network of India @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare There has been very much issue of Vi network, some time 2 to 3 hour network remain vanish, this is causing inconvenience to customer aswell as my self, I am using one year plan. Place is MOHAN DIST UNNAO PIN CODE 229881

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, I am unable to use incoming and outgoing sms services on my Idea number on International Roaming. I raised a service request #MNG-V00654923500 too which was closed without any resolution. Please look into it.
