    @ViCustomerCare very bad network since few days in our area. Previously on my successive complaints , it seems it was improved but now again no network at many places in area. Plz look into it urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare I am exhausted from repeatedly raising complaints about my mobile data issue in Srinagar. Every 2–3 days, I receive a call from a different member of your network team telling me that the matter has been forwarded to the concerned department.

    @ViCustomerCare Repeated complaints closed as “network optimal.” Persistent low throughput (4-5 Mbps) across all time slots & devices despite unlimited plan. Earlier escalation improved speed slightly. Please arrange QoS/profile level technical review, instead of signal checks.
