Today at 5 PM I tried to do digital payment to a Medical Stores and to Milk Booth but could not do so through Phone Pay in Bengaluru neither via @ViCustomerCare nor via @JioCare hopefully the Phone Pay is not working properly in Bengaluru I was compelled to pay cash @PMOIndia

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup after sending port sms I got UPC from TRAI, immediately I got call from Vi team and requested not to port and said they will resolve the issue by 3rd Dec 2021 and raise the complaint, still the issue remains same. 3/3

@ViCustomerCare False promises being made by your retention team to prevent me from porting out of Vodafone. Pl note that I was told by retention team that fraudulent charges on my bill would be waived. However 24 hrs later I get a call from customer care saying they won't be.
