Pathetic that @VodafoneGroup in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

pvv (@PralhadVernekar) reported@ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?

This is a recurring cost that I would never have agreed to had the correct information been provided before porting.

Your system shows perfect coverage for this PIN because neighboring Charada and Bilodra have strong signals. But Paldi Rathod is right between them and has no network at all. Please check the ground reality!

Dharmendra Kumar (@dharamhbtik) reported@ViCustomerCare after activating IR Services for which you charge extra 149+18% GST I am not able to use the numbers, no service still coming, you dumb agent did troubleshooting and raised ticket and resolution time is 7 August. I have to pay TDS by tomorrow if I fail wll u pay?
