    @ViCustomerCare I was happily using a redex plan and after multiple follow ups agreed to switch to the family plan which I was totally not interested in. Later I opted for the family redex plan and cannot claim the benefits. Customer care keeps saying 24 hours but not helping

    @ViCustomerCare Its been 4 days since i wrote to your. No progress. It has been almost two weeks and I could not use your data service. No wonder why you keep losing millions of subscribers to @airtelindia and @reliancejio Me too moving to Airtel after using your service for 18 years.
