    @ViCustomerCare due to poor service I moved back to Airtel. I had paid for amazon prime through VI just month before. Please adjust this amount in the current bill.

    @ViCustomerCare please you should stop harassing your customers, why can't Iuse e sim in VI. Customer executive asked me to purchase new number of I want to use e sim. Stated reason out of hell that Idea and Vodafone are different and you are using idea number. #StuVIpid

    @ViCustomerCare While TRAI has ordered that RECHARGE VALIDITY has been declared as full 30 days but Vi is giving 28 days validity, after complaining to customer care they say this rule has not been implemented by the company yet, which means SERVICE PROVIDER is bigger than TRAI

    @VodafoneIdeaIN @vodafonein1 Heights of incompetency by VI,,, @ViCustomerCare asking customer to share the bill saying as they are unable to fetch…Closing compliant raised on 28 Feb without resolution & creating new compliant on 5 March after I follow up to check on my case????

    @ViCustomerCare This is why I left Vi. Somebody using Vi SIM for spamming and when it is brought to Vi customer care notice you are asking to contact current operator!!!
