  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This is my final request. Despite recharging with a 1-year plan, I'm still unable to receive incoming calls. I have raised multiple complaints yet no effective solution has been provided. Your team first promised resolution by 19th July still it isn't resolved!!

  Hello @ViCustomerCare I applied for port out request. Your customer care firstly declined saying it is family plan and when I delinked the other phone number via VI app as separate connection, it has been pending for over two weeks. Why should I pay bill despite not using?

  @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, ₹854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you

  @ViCustomerCare Please update the status of the complaint correctly based on the information you have shared the ticket should be in progress but the app is showing it as closed.

  @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.
