    Team Vi @ViCustomerCare - extremely disappointed with the service from you guys. I recharged for my mother - the recharge showed successful but the pack didn't get activated and now you are not refunding my money. This is a scam. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic network and a day after I raised issue with Vi regarding frequent call drops and callers unable to reach me, got a msg saying complain resolved. No one called, still face prob. How was is resolved. Pathetic service, porting out

    @ViBusinessIndia Really poor support & service, yesterday I recharged my number but not getting network.@VodafoneGroup It's only showing emergency calls and when I connect with @ViCustomerCare support they said it takes 4-5 days. Network k sath sath service bhi slow hai kya.

    @ViCustomerCare I need to talk to a person of authority. Its been a month and i dont have a solution to my query. The next bill cycle is here and now I am being asked to pay @ViCustomerCare the plans om the app shown are incorrect. Can somebody in position solve this?
