I have lot of patience to run vi (formerly known as Vodafone) one single number last 4 years. Internet & connectivity issues had ouccur last 15 days. Noone make acall to me .plz help @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIoT

@ViCustomerCare I just recharged for ₹299 for my VI number, when I put it on my mobile it's not showing anything. There's no physical damage on sim. It shows it's in service. I'm very unsatisfied with customer service, they told me get a new sim in exchange for ₹50.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoIndia @ViCustomerCare cheated my money Rs. 10,000 to activate international roaming pack, and refused to pay back after inactivation of the international pack. Called them more than 20 times NO one resolved the issue, just dragging it.

@ViCustomerCare I can Port my number to any other operators easily but I don't want to port from Vodafone that's why requesting you to give us better service. Customers are not satisfied with your service in West Bengal and kolkata zone. Please take some necessary steps.
