    @ViCustomerCare : When escalated to Senior Service Desk, I have been asked by Rupesh Jadhav to call UP support. Is this a resolution that I need to call UP support because I am in roaming? I think I am still in India - do I need to work with regional support? #worstservice

    @ViCustomerCare Number - +91 9819683587. Sim card does not show network in any device. Tried all things but not showing. Your email support is not replying, Twitter DM not replying, No calls received on customer helpline. My biggest mistake was to take a VI sim

    @ViCustomerCare 5th call- Vodafone Idea but no resolution. Horrible customer service. If I have to recharge again for INR 79, then why should I waste the INR 50 which I already used to recharge? INR 50 has no value for you guys. The low value packs have been scrapped. Why?
