    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Absolute PATHETIC service by @ViCustomerCare they have complete apathy for their customers, same story 10 years of usage on their top postpaid plans and no customer care for any challenges, lacks proper coverage and false promises.

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Yes, unwanted call is a problem for Vodafone users. They keep calling from so many times . I am also planning to switch to other network if the don't stop unwanted call.

    @ViCustomerCare The VoLTE service stops as soon as my plan expires! And starts right after a recharge! And its been 3 months!

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare It has gone from bad to worse... ... shameless... in fact all the service providers are competing to win best of the worst award... Vi is the most pathetic one... all the telecoms are running on public charity ... I too need to switch carrier all of them are almost same...

    This is so frustrating that on second floor of my house i have to struggle with idea network and wait for the watsapp msg to sent or receive, there is no solution for this bcz they dont care. @ViCustomerCare

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare please note I have an issue with your network in 560018. Calls and data stop completely when it rains in my area. Despite repeated complaints, network issues remain.
