    @ViCustomerCare No network most of the times..only 1 or 2 bars show up... Internet always on 'E' 4G works only on some specific coordinates not everywhere..

    @ViCustomerCare Despite being in touch with your team for last 2 dys, there is still no clear coordination and cant keep me waiting for in bw vague calls with no final solution.     @ViCustomerCare This is the exact same copy-paste reply I’ve been getting for 2+ months. No resolution, only calls/messages and then silence. Meanwhile, I’m being charged for a service that doesn’t work. Stop the scripted responses. Fix the issue or process a refund immediately.

    No @ViCustomerCare network in Dharamshala for 4 days. I don't know the reason. Sim is okay till April 30th. Ridiculous to see nobody cares.

    @ViCustomerCare u have zero connectivity in Parasnath,kodarma,other area while coming from Patna to Tatanagar by train. I am sending this msg using @airtelindia . I will have to switch my network. Can't pay both vendor.

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely horrified by a blackout which has disabled my life. No OTPs, Banking transactions failure. My sim is basically dead. Please fix this ASAP before I go for a legal proceeding for all the loss caused and mental agony.
