    @ViCustomerCare Ankit here from Pune 411037. The range is so bad. Calls are dropping. Internet not working when calls are going on. Can’t think of anything other than switching to Jio or Airtel. What is wrong? What is the network so bad. I can’t even register a customer complain.

    @ViCustomerCare I have done all the mentioned steps in the link but still the problem persists and as I told u earlier it happens every month for 2-3days otherwise I face no connectivity issues.

    @ViCustomerCare He doesn't have Twitter or Facebook. I did try logging out of the app on my phone and can confirm the same issue in India. Though it says otp sent to sms and mail, I only got the sms.

    @ViCustomerCare since yesterday I m not being able to access the Internet......every month for 2-3 days I experience this kind of bad connectivity. I m from agartala tripura. Make sure to fix this problems.
