    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Paid ₹398 for online port to Vi 2 days ago. No SIM delivered, no update. Now they say visit the store. Terrible experience. Jio would’ve completed KYC the same day. 9457757780

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad and poor quality customer support they didn't know how to talk to a customer they were very rude to me I want to tell every vi customer please leave the vi .. network now they are fraud.they are always not able to resolve customer support.

    @ViCustomerCare SIM (Order ID: DCHD20042620133) activated but "No Service". Haven’t received SIM yet, still validity started and days are getting deducted. Also emailed but no response. Please provide new SIM & reinstate my connection/validity.
