    @SATYANA91119383 @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Satya, network comes. But when in Oman. Vodafone has no roaming agreement with any operators in India. On paper they claim to have. But no coverage. And that is ground reality. BTW thanks for your concern. I am asking if anyone traveling to 🇴🇲. Whether like to have local sim.

    @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare I have complained to the customer service officer 4 to 5 times, even after this there is no solution. If you have any solution for this then definitely do it.

    @ViCustomerCare Recharged today my no with 299 Rs. Voice call started but internet still not started after 2 hours. I need it urgently. Hoping VI will restore it on urgent basis. Best example of bad service

    @ViCustomerCare I have already spoken and informed your team of the reason. Can you please ensure that your executives are given a proper training of how to speak to the customers. Instead of forcing someone to send cancel msg, they shd be trained on professionalism!
