    @ViCustomerCare hi please look into slow internet speed, i made a complaint before 3 days and yesterday got a msg that d issue is resolved bt nothing improved, still it's speed 10KBPS. before 1month the speed was 30mbps which was awesome. Please do something about slow internet

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS E-SIM is not available for Prepaid customers and it has been quite a time , your large number of customer are migrating due to lack of competence in your organization to other providers. When will it be available?

    Recently i ported my sim card in @ViCustomerCare but I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network reception,The mobile network indicator shows full signal, but I cannot make a single call(calls dropping continuously)its any possibility to port again in old network

    @ViCustomerCare I've been charged for one of the service when I'm not even requested it, kindly look into it and process my refund. Also I'm facing some network challenges where I'm struggling to get OTPs on my #VI number @DoT_India
