    @dt3jas @ViCustomerCare #vi instead giving iPhone to customers ipl contest , you can give good indoor coverage or Vowifi. Basic indoor coverage is not available. Still you are 2g network. Sorry even 2g is not available in some parts.

    @ViCustomerCare Even after deactivating Amazon Prime subscription before renewal, I have been charged rental on my bill. This is pathetic customer service. Chat agent is so dumb that she doesn't even understand the concern. #Vi doesn't care

    @ViCustomerCare tell me procedure to port from your network. Using your sim for 7 years but u guys are getting worse day by day. Internet speed is pathetic and network coverage is so bad. I hope losing a long time customer will encourage you to improve your services.
