    @ViCustomerCare Can someone senior please call? your customer executive think i am asking for refund or waiver which is incorrect. They don’t even listen to my issue and just assume. I feel harassed now. They know so many ways to harass a customer

    @ViCustomerCare wrost customer service. From last couple of days I have been noticing frequent call drops and internet speed is very slow as good as no internet 0.1 kb ,0.7kb, 1.1 kb in most of the time

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI service provider, I cannot wait anymore, as your service is not improving and network is not getting better, I am just feeling cheated in past years, I have paid my bills in low network/good network but that was for ur service, but seeing no proper solution will portout.
