    @ViCustomerCare can you please stop unwanted SMS for you VAS it is very annoying. There is no option to talk to your executives on complaint no. Please let know how to stop this it's very frustrating

    @ViCustomerCare Facing network issues since yesterday. Couldn't complete a single call since yesterday (neither I nor the person whom I'm speaking to can hear each other's voices). Such a pathetic service. Internet as well shows connectivity bt is at extremely poor speed.

    @ViCustomerCare I didn't receive any reports or the reason for not receiving internet or calling network despite having the network tower only 50 mtrs away. This shows the brand is running away from its responsibilities. no wonder it is losing on customers
