    @ViCustomerCare Hi people, so this is how #vodafoneidea resolves your complaints, if customer don’t reply they close the case and don’t try to recall and get the customer on call. Such illiterate and shameless people sitting there who just scam people #Vodafone #vodafoneindia

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp 1) i got a call from 9836012345 I was having lunch I requested to call in 20 mnts it’s 2 hr now no calls … Birla Baba ki jai this is Vi service 2) stop all this nonsense sms download this n that check bill , offer .. it’s a headache …shame Birla

    @ViCustomerCare since we have initiated number port out request we are getting 4-5 calls daily in this regard. Stop this harassment immediately. @DoT_India @TRAI please take a note. Number porting is resulting in harassment from the service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare Have you all lost it !! Pls pls don’t call again.. I’ve made my decision long time back & have ported my number already ! My complaint was against too many calls after porting and here you are saying that you will call me again !? Am I interacting with a computer !!?

    @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare Yesterday after decades of using first idea and then Vodafone which now is vi I finally migrated to Airtel...lost hope of their network improving in nearby future and fully sympathetic to their situation..but current call drop and network situation is too bad

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi fraud company they promote products which they cannot service .. then deliberately migrate customer to their choice plans .. Vi response we cannot do any thing you hv been migrated .. that means go to hell we are Vi this how we operate !!!

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I've been facing network issue from past 2 days, and I was asked to replace the sim card, I replaced it yesterday evening, since then there's no network on that also, And there's ticket raised in the morning 9 AM, and there's no update on that also.

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp what third grade service is Vi .. they them self suggested and tried to convert our number in family pack. Vi pathetic service could not convert .. is it my fault… I requested put us back on individual plan as it was .. cont…

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by your company. My sim card is on hold since 2 days bcz of some minor address error. Imagine if someone is in critical condition. Even after submitting adhar details you are still stopping services of customer. Will meet in consumer court

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.
