    @idea_cares 5th month on, still no network after the outage in April! @VodafoneIN visited several Vodafone stores multiple times & finally the SIM got replaced on Sunday, still the SIM is inactive and heavy bills&harrasment for collection without reason/usage @rmstakkar you are my last hope.

    @TRAI @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Vodafone has been harrasing customers over the past few months. In the past 15 days they have deducted Mobile balance exceeding Rs 300.00 in the name of VAS, which I neither need nor requested. Mobile No :+91 9823XXX863.Hope some help is received.

    @VodafoneIN Your apologies are not helping me. Are you aware that this issue and if yes, then kindly check the issue is since march and 5-6 months is a good time to improve or update a customer that it's not possible to improve the services.

    @VodafoneIN UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. Getting the same message .. customer care also not helping. No call even received in past 2 days

    @VodafoneIN Today I get a call when I have started the process for number portability. Since last 5 months I hv not got a call on what issue I am facing. Have asked for your technical guy number but nothing done. Have been paying bills on time for last 10 years. And even now when I am paying

    @VodafoneIN @Idea what a pathetic network you have since last 4 days at my place. Call is dropping every 10 sec. I am not able to raise a complaint by calling your customer care. I think time to switch other network after using idea for last 15 years

    @VodafoneIN Are what that's not that not. Evertime you make us frusted due to poor network. I hope corona will go away but your problem will he as it is. I am realy regreating having this network. Since 8 month you saying we are resolving. 10 times you taken address but not single visit done

    @VodafoneIN Had 2 step out again to text u guys I dn't hv network. Just say u r not capable or hv expertise 2 handle this. I will thn switch my network. Hv been paying bills regularly since last 10 yrs. U never hd issues frm my side but my issue of network is not being resolved

    @ViCustomerCare Very frustrating experience. Raised multiple complaints related to network coverage,but #VI closed it with fake resolution. Starting from Customer care agent to network team everyone is lying.I called 198 multiple times and raised my issue related to my complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Vi is asking my bank statement pdf file for refund of money of failed transition of recharge, I shared with transaction I'd but they want bank statement for refund money . How can I give a bank statement ? Please help me .

    @ViCustomerCare Mr. Chetan noted my complaint against the forcefull payment via monetary balance for Sim replacement. With respect to my complaint I received the the call from Mr Suraj, who informed that they do not accept cash or digital payment for Sim replacement and denied to share email.

    What a absolute nightmare interacting with @ViCustomerCare. A simple sim replacement request gone wrong. They blocked my current number to issue a new one and can’t get a new one processed until my latest contact details are updated in their system. Been a week now @DoT_India
