    Hey @ViCustomerCare I've been facing network issue from past 2 days, and I was asked to replace the sim card, I replaced it yesterday evening, since then there's no network on that also, And there's ticket raised in the morning 9 AM, and there's no update on that also.

    Looks like @Airtel_Presence is absent too. Already suffering because of @ViCustomerCare calling network on the other SIM so can't knock their door for the 2nd SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare #vi is the India's 3Rd class or very worst network it's proved again today they Loos internet connection for 20min and in this time i doing some trading and i loss my 8000₹ i request to @vodafone Shut Down If You Can't Run The Company please don't weast Money.🙏

    Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.

    @suchetadalal @ViCustomerCare Yesterday after decades of using first idea and then Vodafone which now is vi I finally migrated to Airtel...lost hope of their network improving in nearby future and fully sympathetic to their situation..but current call drop and network situation is too bad

    When they put your call on hold @ViCustomerCare plays the following message “Thank you for being on hold. Our advisor will connect with you shortly”   without even a single breath in between. Sufficient to get irritated and make the customer hang up. Nice trick!

    @ViCustomerCare Following up for one Simcard with so-called largest Mobile service provider for last 3 days for the customer who is with them for 20 years. Really doubting your efforts for good customer service #adityabirla @AdityaBirlaGrp @ananya_birla #VodafoneIdea. Horrible

    @sktei007 @ViCustomerCare Bro did that, but it aint working either, thanks for the suggestion, but now that I use JIO more I have put that in no 1, also did the APN multiple times as per cust care instructions, point being VI have a major network issue in that area. And they are being ignorant about it.

    @Desh_ka_network Hello @ViCustomerCare fo you have capacity and sprectrum to compete with airtel and jio 5G, If yes If u have the capacity, Only then comment and publish adverts, Technically ur network is pathetic, and its backdated with 4G, Ur 5G also works like 4G @ViNewsOfficial

    @ViCustomerCare Every member of you customers support team seems to be a big lier.False promises.Misguiding customers.For the sake of increasing your customer base.. but don't they understand one frustrated customer might affect/influence at least another 60 people in his network to not take Vi
