    @VodafoneIN I don't why i even use your network, i got a call from a support executive yesterday about reversal of a pack, today senior support executive from Noida Support center of Vodafone denied that completely and refused to help in any way. Need help here. @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneIN You are not providing good network, we are not able to use data either on 3G or 4G but still you are charging us the same. I am paying every month same postpaid bill amount but not able to use data properly from last 1 month. #patheticvodafone

    @VodafoneIN so that's basically committing something then denying it completely and refusing to help, mr Vishal from Noida Support center said nothing can be done and he didn't acknowledge the point that i was committed the reversal of the pack

    @VodafoneIN I was promised a call back but did not receive any network at my residence is very poor. Its been months now I have been experiencing these issues. I'm paying for the service which I'm not getting.

    @VodafoneIN hey, i had a issue with an international roaming pack, finally i got a call yesterday from Voda support that we are making a request for reversal of this pack, i have the call recording, today support denied that completely and said refund can't be processed

    My main number has been ported @airtelindia -> @Idea -> @VodafoneIN .. I think porting to Vodafone was worst idea.. waiting for 90 days to end and back to Airtel..

    @VodafoneIN Hi, your complaint dated 28-Sep-2019 01:34:25 PM with Reference No.C004-36587516775 has been registered. We assure resolution by 03-Oct-2019 01:36:30 PM. Ever since I received network upgrade message from you guys am having very hard time with signal and data
