    @ViCustomerCare My Mobile data hasn’t been working since yesterday. I have sufficient mobile data, getting full signal and yet it’s not working. I’m not being able to use the internet through it. Please look into it ASAP, as a student request, treat this as urgent.

    When they put your call on hold @ViCustomerCare plays the following message “Thank you for being on hold. Our advisor will connect with you shortly”   without even a single breath in between. Sufficient to get irritated and make the customer hang up. Nice trick!

    Another high standard set by @ViCustomerCare India. Got a replacement with an assurance of reactivation inn3 hrs...but it's only 10hrs and customer care, vi stores and vi mini stores refused to help.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing internet issue since Friday 17th September. Internet users to be running on super high speed earlier supporting 2 devices on hotspot and now suddenly can’t even send 1 liner text message. Customer care told that engineers working on this issue however

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp Vi fraud company they promote products which they cannot service .. then deliberately migrate customer to their choice plans .. Vi response we cannot do any thing you hv been migrated .. that means go to hell we are Vi this how we operate !!!

    @ViCustomerCare Fed up of the Vodafone-Idea service! Just as pre-covid life is a distant memory, talking on a phone without a call drop has become a distant memory! Porting to Jio / Airtel soon!

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp does trai has any rule to punish Vi for such disgusting service and fraud Vi’s fault and we Customer suffer they don’t and cannot improve their service and put us in trouble and loot from us by pushing to new tariffs deliberately

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team very poor network services from Vodafone as since Last evening 7 Pm my network lost and not able to call anybody and neither able to to take calls. When you are very prompt to collect money from customer then why you are very poor in terms of services.

The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     @ViCustomerCare Fraud Alert My number 9820109*** has been activated on someone else's name. Upon calling Vi customer care they are just asking to wait. Not sure how much time it takes to rectify their mistake. Store PPL asks to put in social media and still no response.@TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.
