@ViCustomerCare I had Post paid 9702249434, switched to Prepaid on 27 Feb settled dues, custcare called and assured spl plan, then backed out, then Prepaid activated 3rd March. I still receive a bill for postpaid. 199 can't help. Whom to contact.

For this they themselves should investigate why Vodafone numbers are not reachable. Worst service. Prior one year it was superb. But now it’s worst.

@ViCustomerCare I'm getting 2G - 3G in my area. I moved from Jio to Vi just 10 days ago, because of data speed issue. I'm already regretting for trusting Vi. It was good in my area when it was Idea. Waiting for 90 day period to end, to port out.
