My issue is not yet resolved. I have not received any call from customer service. How will be my issue got resolved. I have got sms from @VodafoneIN issue resolved. Not yet resolved. Till now call failed call drop is this issue resolved. Worst network @VodafoneIN look into matter

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN has deducted money 99 rupees from my account now in emergency I am not able to call. They are not replying to any of my message I sent on various platforms there customer service is not available and charge for that too nothing. Just make my balance 1rs !!

My brother also faced this issue @rishisinghania1 I am already so done with @VodafoneIN I was using their service for 10 years and then their so called mini store guys looted us and talked to us so rudely, i was like dude value your loyal customers.. @VodafoneGroup

@its_vin @VodafoneIN But honestly, @HathwayBrdband is now in the 17th hour of outage. No response from anyone at all. Deafening silence. These jerks wake up only to ask for money. Vodafone at least keeps spamming you to let you know they're around, even if they're using another network.

@ViCustomerCare it's almost 1 year done with following for refund cheque but still not received my refund cheque. More than 1 year gone after portability. It's means once customer has changed network than their is no responsibility for theri previous customer.

@ViCustomerCare Just now received a call from @ViCustomerCare and they still don't have a solution to this issue. I am surprised that such a big brand even after 7 years still needs more time to resolve this issue. Was not aware that this company is technically so weak and struggling big time.
