I will travel often due to my health & no assurance from Vi, it won't allow any transactions without OTP. Everyone is moving fastly to 5G, and Vi is still giving me an 'E' network. Several complaints were made, but it seems they least bothered their customer's complaints. @ViCustomerCare

I even sent someone to a Vi Store, where I was told that the issue was happening because my prepaid balance was low. Based on their advice, I did an additional ₹200 recharge, and I already had around ₹170 balance.
