    @VodafoneIN I was told issue will be resolved by 20th Aug and below is response am getting now. Hello! Your complaint dated 21-Aug-2020 12:14:07 AM with reference number C004-79248119896 is registered. We assure resolution by 24-Aug-2020 06:00:00 PM.

When contacted customer care, they said third party apps have deducted money.... how's it possible??
