I am porting from @VodafoneIN to another service provider,Javed at Churchgate , Mumbai vodafone store says there is no process to adjust deposit amount against last bill. Neither u can raise address change request now as I have recently shifted.cheque goes return to @VodafoneIN

@VodafoneIN my wife just got back from the UK and isn’t getting network. Complained on 198 some lady said it will take 4-5 days to resolve and cut off my call! Please help! Vodafone user for over 10 years and very disgruntled at the moment.

I have been using @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone number for the last 20 years but now it's time to say bye bye to Vodafone Idea. By restrictions on Voice Calls to Mobile Banking & other helpline numbers, it's proved that, Vodafone is not a customer friendly in India. @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare There is not at all coordination between teams. Nobody knows what is happening. Everybody is just paid to say we are looking into it. How can complaint be resolved without proper resolution comment? This is basic of customer support.
