@ViCustomerCare I’m highly disappointed with the way you are dealing with issue. I had raised 2 complaints. Your engineer visited my home and confirmed there is a problem in my area and assured for resolution in 48 hrs. I feel it’s time to port my number.

Horrible network, pathetic customer support and a complete pain! Vodafone was lousy by itself, but it took them an idea to completely ruin themselves!
