    @ViCustomerCare They are getting easy money of 400 ,500 .900 rupees recharge for 3 months or as per data pack that is why customer care people can say anything

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    I have been using @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone number for the last 20 years but now it's time to say bye bye to Vodafone Idea. By restrictions on Voice Calls to Mobile Banking & other helpline numbers, it's proved that, Vodafone is not a customer friendly in India. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I purchased a new Vi SIM over two weeks ago, but it is still not activated. I have contacted multiple Vi stores, but the issue remains unresolved. This delay is causing inconvenience. Please look into the matter and activate my SIM at the earliest. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in our area. Calls often donโ€™t connect, voice quality is unclear, and internet service is unreliable. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. World is living in 5G and you guys seems like 2G

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely bad service First I paid a bill of 146 then the bill amount was increased to 296 After that I received a phone bill of 1367 I can't believe this amount extremely poor service and completely unacceptable Very disappointing experience @akshayamoondra worst

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare You guys have some of the most pathetic networks I have come across. Does not even work 5G most of the times. And even in 4G I'm not receiving msg, pages not loading while travelling in central line mumbai. Network gaand me gusake baite ho kya?
