@VodafoneIN Your network is terrible and so is your service. Forget 4G, but 3G sucks as well. Keep it up. Guess your support needs more than just complaints to get your antennas pointing in the right direction.

@VodafoneIN @badrivasan Exactly network issue from last week. Call didn't get connected for Few sec or mom. Speed is very low Nd at 90 feet road in Mulund we cannot call or do not get any call. Launch complaint but not yet solved @TRAI

So done with @VodafoneIN network at my place, no point even complaining. Usual engineer comes and checks, will talk about tower permission, will never happen! It's been 4 years 😟 They are waiting for permission at same place since 3 yrs, not even trying places around

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI Vi service provider has finally migrated my SIM to POSTPAID. The SIM was deactive since 04/12/2021. Thanks, however request to kindly update the account with the 2 months rental & unbilled amount reversals. Also need update for the Call / Data Network issue.
