    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare it’s very frustrating that you charge extra then take forever to resolve it and then if customer hood to your word you will charge kate fee too. Disgusting. Resolve it by 8 pm πŸ•— today. Period.

    I have been using @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone number for the last 20 years but now it's time to say bye bye to Vodafone Idea. By restrictions on Voice Calls to Mobile Banking & other helpline numbers, it's proved that, Vodafone is not a customer friendly in India. @DoT_India
