You will ask them to DM the details. Next few days You will say " we are working". Finally you will end, saying you have done the max.

I don't think there was any other measures taken to rectify the issue. Need much better actions to be taken from your side. Otherwise you will lose more customers.

Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. ๐ฉ customer service.
