    @ViCustomerCare 4G. Highly inconvenient during telephonic calls. The entire stretch of pin_400067 is almost slow. The number of complaints done are huge, though processed, it says cannot raise new complaint. Complainy shall be raised as and when commectivity suffers and payments are suffering at

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team,It’s bn ovr 2 months my 4 nos. wer port out 4m Vi 2 Airtel. By wen cn I expect my security deposit back.Also I hvnt recvd ne confirmation of hw much SD r u holding. Im expecting mini. Rs.2k. Ur prompt respns n resolution wil be highly appreciated.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing issues with porting message. Your agents are putting complaints and at their own convenience they are sending a message the issue has been resolved. There is absolutely no resolution. If this is not resolved I will approach the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Got a SIM replacement done today based on promises that your network would improve. Except that the new SIM hasn't activated in 4+ hrs and multiple visits to the Vi store and now I'm without a working mobile number. Should I port to Jio or Airtel?

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been stopped due to re-KYC not done, but now I’m being forced to migrate to postpaid just for field verification. So prepaid users are not valued customers? Using Vi since 2013, now no service for 24+ hours despite payment. This is unfair.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Issue still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and NCH complaint. Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate this matter to PG Portal.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Without balance now the network is not coming, so suddenly I am out of network because My prepaid balance is deducting automatically for no reason.Every week this is repeating. Look into it seriously, don't force the customer to throw your SIM.

    Feels like Jio is no longer competing with Airtel or VI, but with BSNL now. Extremely poor network quality, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet have made daily communication a headache. This level of service is simply unacceptable in 2026. @ViCustomerCare

    I submitted a SIM port request on 16th. Got confirmation message that it would be activated on 18th, but now my old SIM is already deactivated and the new SIM is still not active. This is causing major inconvenience as I have no network at all. Please resolve @ViCustomerCare
