    @ViCustomerCare is providing worst service sometimes. from mornings it's internet service is completely not running, recharges cannot activating. Very Bad. Third class service. #VodafoneIdea #QuitVi

    What sucks more than Arturo? #MoneyHeist Its @VodafoneIN service, internet sucks complained couple of times no solution, yet can live with it but call drops and how out of nowhere network vanishes, cant bear that. Wasted a lot of time reaching you're Customer Care Support

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Now it is over month & no hello tune of my name has been set on my no. And u have charged next month's subscription too... Pathetic service by Airtel..It was my wrong & worst decision to port from @VodafoneIN to @airtelindia

    @Sambhavjs @ViCustomerCare Same issue here. It’s been 3 days and my SIM still hasn’t been delivered. Every time I contact customer care, I get the same repeated promise but no real update. This kind of delay and lack of clarity is really frustrating. Please look into this. @ViCustomerCare

    During the powercut network is being unavailable in the locations. The local handler is not using the generator or other option to run the tower. We are facing No Network every time during the power cut. Look into it @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Without balance now the network is not coming, so suddenly I am out of network because My prepaid balance is deducting automatically for no reason.Every week this is repeating. Look into it seriously, don't force the customer to throw your SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare Why are the recharge plans of 28 days? Why do we need to recharge 13 times in a year of 12 months? I use JioFiber Wifi. Even they provide the service for 30 days.

    Hey @airtelindia tried to port my postpaid sim to airtel from @ViCustomerCare but received a call pretending to be Airtel verification and asked me to send Cancel sms to 1900. Guess Vi is playing a ***** game here. Will share numbers with you, from which I got a call . #IPLT20

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Issue still unresolved despite multiple follow-ups and NCH complaint. Only repeated generic responses are being provided without any actual resolution. Clear proof has already been shared (payment at 11:59 PM and misleading “Unlimited Data” offer). This delay is unacceptable. Kindly resolve immediately or I will escalate this matter to PG Portal.
