    @ViCustomerCare is providing worst service sometimes. from mornings it's internet service is completely not running, recharges cannot activating. Very Bad. Third class service. #VodafoneIdea #QuitVi

    Hi @ViCustomerCare. Your phone support says I am allowed to convert my postpaid number to prepaid only after 90 days of service, despite this notice from the Telecom Ministry stating it can happen after 30 days. @DoT_India please take cognisance of this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    .@ViCustomerCare works far better than its capacity in the rural areas unlike Jio who always trouble customers citing different lame reasons like dense vegetation around the house area etc. Jio's 5g is worse than any 4g network in India. I'm using the primary connection as Vi.
