    @ViCustomerCare thanks for the **** support again. Complaint no 4-126959205006 is closed despite the problem persistent. @DoT_India this is how Vi is cheating back to back.

    @drnngujarathi @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Sir there is worst service by @reliancejio you start data card & within 15/20 minutes without any download your 2GB data got exhausted & this guys give foolish reasons for data exhaustion.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea I have requested for Postpaid Bill and payment statement from Feb2019 to Aug2020 through Vodafone store at Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan,Nashik. Still same is not received on my email and no request number was provided to me. Is this your VI service?

    @DoT_India All the information provided by @ViCustomerCare is fake and misleading. I have not complained across India, but have complained wherever I have faced problems and that too with evidences. The network at the place where I stay is absolutely zero which was addressed by their exe.

    I can feel the frustration now, it's been more than 6 months @VodafoneIN team not able to solve the simple problem, all they doing to make it worst rather solving in simple. On the top their customers support is pathetic, they as team don't have a proper communication 😂😂

    @Idea *ucking fed up of your service.Such poor network in my area that i am not even getting 3G range in 2019.Only reason their call center exec. is that we are undergoing a merger please co-operate.Changed my service provider from @VodafoneIN to @Idea and then they merge.

    @ViCustomerCare need to raise complaint about billing. Your IVR is PATHETIC. The option to raise complaint is hidden deep somewhere and customers get more frustrated. Are you deliberately making it difficult to raise complaints? @PIB_India @DoT_India pls take note.

    @DoT_India There was no abuse done. These are wrong allegations. Also if the network is good, what about the evidence shared periodically. @ViCustomerCare is not ready to accept. Only Netflix benefit is taken for which I am ready to compensate. The response narrated are false.

    @ViCustomerCare No response on DM/X support even after repeated follow-ups. Multiple failed SIM/eSIM activation attempts, online eKYC not working, still taking payments and forcing doorstep KYC. Very disappointing service experience. Need refund and immediate resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't want to get in touch. Vi is PURE FRAUD. Not giving proper service, not addressing complaints and then you have the audacity to harass me for payments for services that you have not rendered in the first place. Any more spam calls & I'll see Vi in the consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi number ending 4565 was disconnected on 13-May-2026 due to pending DoT reverification. I’m in the UK and unable to travel now. Sent multiple emails with documents but no response from customer care. Number active since 2009, . Please help urgently 🙏
