Such a worst network as well as worst services from @VodafoneIN . My call on 198 was kept on hold for 30 mins, how ridiculous. @TRAI plz help me I'm facing severe network issues since many years and Vodafone is not helping me out of it.

I can feel the frustration now, it's been more than 6 months @VodafoneIN team not able to solve the simple problem, all they doing to make it worst rather solving in simple. On the top their customers support is pathetic, they as team don't have a proper communication 😂😂

@Idea *ucking fed up of your service.Such poor network in my area that i am not even getting 3G range in 2019.Only reason their call center exec. is that we are undergoing a merger please co-operate.Changed my service provider from @VodafoneIN to @Idea and then they merge.

Yesterday I came to know the highest level of stupidity of @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl number which I ported from BSNL stoped working because BSNL wanted me to intimate me that they'll payback the deposit kept with them. @VodafoneIN is still unable to resolve the issue.

@ViCustomerCare @Pvsindhu1 Do not recharge ever using vi app it's a fraud app. if you do rcharge and your recharge failed then do not refund the amount and talk about your other recharges history they do not talk about it if you send screenshot they do not read it they are in so hurry to avoid your issues
