    @VodafoneIN you told me number of times to get back to and promise to solve my issue but I think my decision was correct to move from you after spending more than 5 years 😠 I would request people to don't opt for this service,rather making simple to customer all they makingworse

    I can feel the frustration now, it's been more than 6 months @VodafoneIN team not able to solve the simple problem, all they doing to make it worst rather solving in simple. On the top their customers support is pathetic, they as team don't have a proper communication πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    @VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since 2012 and till date still I'm facing network issues. Your tagline is "Adding a tower a every hour" but Vodafone never ever installed a single tower nearby my area by complaining several times. Very much disappointed by Vodafone.

    Yesterday on @ViCustomerCare prepaid number I did a recharge of Rs49 which had 10 days of validity and 25mins call balance, but even after that I'm not able to call and when I contacted customer supported they're asking me to recharge with 155.
