    @VodafoneIN @Idea @idea_cares as per your instructions I called on 198. The person was not cooperative and abruptly disconnected my call. Super disappointed worst service arrogant people Rude behavior. No support No understanding

    @ViCustomerCare The concern is already mentioned in first tweet. Why do i have to recharge above 125 to get outgoing SMS ? As simple as that. If it os not the case, Suggest me a recharge pack so i will get outgoing sms service.

    @VodafoneIN @idea_cares Waitng 4 tht Day whch is 25th Sept Friday complaint regarding network has been registered with us under service request number 4-84603783433 with expected completion date 25-Sep-2020 12:46:57 PM, which currently being reviewed by the concerned team - Urvi

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have shifted to new house where signal strength of Vi is very weak, we are not able to make calls from inside the home. Request you to resolve issue immediately, as we all family members have Vi, else will have to switch to other.

    @VodafoneIN No need to spend 800 Cr for branding. Improve the service. Customers will come back automatically. Currently facing poor voice quality, repeated call drops, cross connection but no one in Voda seems to be concerned about it as repeated complaints fall on deaf ears.

    @TRAI @DoT_India Are you aware of this #ViScam I have seen some post also. And face the same issue @ViCustomerCare wantedly disabling the customer sim, and forcing them to move postpaid to retain that number Kindly confirm whether u informed them to do it, or they r doing it.

    Putting it on record that @ViCustomerCare has not stopped the incessant flow of unsolicited promotional SMSes in violation of my DND registration despite repeated pleas. Robotic assurances with nil action. And a condescending call from a 'Customer Care' executive. Big let down.
