@JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

All my family member uses vodafone service from decade but from past 4monthyou service has been degraded. Any call you make or receive gets dropped. In the last 1hr 10 calls are dropped. You are not just loosing me but whole family are porting. @VodafoneIN #GettingWorse

@ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

@TRAI Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare is not allowing outgoing sms in plans below ₹199. I uses basic phone and currently recharged with ₹129, but VI blocked my sms. I am unable to send emergency and bank messages (important) and they are forcing me to recharge with ₹199 or more

@ViCustomerCare very disappointed by your VI store in Deoria UP. Worst customer support. My sim has no network while I am on roaming and they are creating more trouble than resolving the issue. Make your systems a bit user-friendly.
