  @VodafoneIN Don't have money to your extra bills and in this pandemic where everything is closed you stopped service though my plan is 299 and I got bill first text was 976 than again revised 1111 I still paid 500 which is also over but to continue service

  Vodafone network day by day getting worst. In my area of Navi Mumbai neither wifi works nor mobile data. Forget about 4G or 3G... even 2G not working. Even calls are not getting disconnected and having frequent call drops. Vodafone Idea network really sucks... @VodafoneIN

  Won't be using @VodafoneIN services anymore as my sim doesn't give me 4g network even if my device supports it and I have added all necessary settings/plans. They have not activated 4g on sim level. Their customer care is not functioning. So I don't have much of a choice.

  @VodafoneIN @TRAI - Since 22nd june, i am facing an issue of incoming calls and SMS. Otp are not receiving, while dialing my no - no doesn't exist comes. This is really ridiculous and worst service. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

  @Cyro_J @VodafoneIN @TRAI Same situation at my place. But they won't even allow me to port out without the exit fee. TRAI should take action since they are misguiding customers under pretence of superior network.

  @VodafoneIN still not rcvd the duplicate bill for Oct 19 in email. Jun 20 bill rcvd in email but unable to download the as showing server error. Only bill payment link is opening. Fed up with Vodafone now. Such a poor network since last 2 yrs. time to switch @Airtel_Presence

  After a pathetic network coverage for even voice call I ported my number from @airtelindia to @VodafoneIN then found they are in competition for who is the dumpest. Then I ported to @Idea now I came to know that there’s three in competition. Well done 👍🏻 Bravo 👏🏻

  The biggest reason shares down of #vodafoneidea there poor services. We have visited #VI store on 3 Feb 2023 located in 1/5,G/F , west Patel nagar, Delhi110008 for new postpaid connection but yet not activated sim, there are making fool every day @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare

You ask for service and they deploy a new agent each time they respond who wants to know what the issue is. A missing link between the original issue and from a fresh agent picks from.SAME

  Listen listen listen folks, @ViCustomerCare claims to have services for home delivery for both postpaid and prepaid, but when already ordered, they took my 479 for prepaid card and they say there is no such service for prepaid, wow, awaiting for deliver it since 10/02 pathetic 👎🏿

  @ViCustomerCare I request you refund my recharge amount and at least tell me another way to move to another network except the normal MNP process. Because I can't get the UPC code due to an incoming message issue. I have been using this number since 2009 (almost 14 years)
