@VodafoneIN from last 1year service level reached to the worst. I left Vodafone due overcharging from postpaid. I joined again after 2 years, again this happen and switch to prepaid,now your app is putting us in debits by now showing nesesary details,it's pathetic.I quite forever

@VodafoneIN vodafone is wrost service i have ever used. They commit to solve out issue with in 24 -48 hrs and rt now 300 hrs passed and issue remain same. I have requested to change my postpaid to prepaid but after taking long time around 15 days they told me to visit store.

WTF @ViCustomerCare my internet speed is very slow when it's go ilon LTE 900 it's slow (0.75mbps download) and when at LTE2500 it's speed is good (21-35mbps) and they are launching so called 5g please improve your 4g first @JioCare and @airtelindia is better than your company.

.@ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer service. Forcing a paralytic patient to visit VI store for reactivation of loss mobile SIM card. Who has been a customer for the past 12 years Will be porting 6 cards (3postpaid) from my family to @airtel. VI must die!!!!
