@VodafoneIN Issue is, I was using 299 plan and I had upgraded to the plan of 399 with Mobile Shield but when I tried to registered on Mobile Shield App it always shows error. Now I want from Vodafone is to put my previous plan back on my number with Rs 50 discount that I was getting before.

Customer service is great even after requesting them multiple time not to close the complaint they will blindly close the case without any resolution

Vodafone-Idea is the most pathetic service provider. They bill for the same services twice, on complaint they commit the wave off of wrong bill and confirm over call, then do a backtrack. How would this fraud go, @ViCustomerCare, and how far? Not with me. I am fed-up!
