    @ViCustomerCare telephone network absent since yesterday afternoon and now returned in very feeble strength. There is no effective system of registering complaint and if it is, you ask for 4-5 days for solution. A prompt action is requested if anyone from Vi is there

    @ViCustomerCare last 7 yrs trying to stop the postpaid number, everytime vi customer agent asked for noc for my personal number. I dont want to use your service and would suggest everyone not to use VI.

    @ViCustomerCare VI network has no proper signals in all the areas but still tarrif rates are increased. For only incoming Minimum recharge 49 earlier it is for 28 days now the same days reduced to 14 .this is not at all acceptable charges. Review those before port to another nw

    @ViCustomerCare There is no proper network with your VI 3G and 4G. Please do proper testing for atleast 5G with your VI connectivity.
