    So finally @VodafoneIN denied to resolve my issue. They said they can not do anything..never expected this. They never care for the customers..I feel ashamed why I was with @VodafoneIN for so many years. #VodafoneFraud

    @VodafoneIN got @PrimeVideo with my red plan Subscription but not able to get the offer and unablle to connect with you over phone too. I’m too fed up..too many issues with you guys. Call me back now @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea Team is not able to help me out in updating my alternate number. I tried all the ways to update my alternate number through Vi Chat app, sending SMS to 199 and even customer care service for help, but since last 10 days I don't see any solution.

    @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidealimited As instructed, reinstalled the Vi app & signed in again, but the problem persists. I don't even know whose number it is showing in the app, because it is not even in my phone contact list. please sort out the issue on priority basis.
