    @ViCustomerCare vi app doesn't update email id. Everytime OTP is filled in, it says "it is already updated" but the email has not been updated. Pl help.

    @ViCustomerCare Yes in dm you have mentioned problem is resolved ..but i have shared a video which was made at 10 am today morning ...I am unable to download the pic from whatsapp from vi data internet... Where problem is resolved ???

    @ViCustomerCare A pathetic experience your VI Store service was! Thats why you lost customers with poor strategy. Today I went to your Nursery Circle, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur VI store for Porting my Number in to your Network. Firstly, there were no staff instead of 2 only. (1/4)

    @ViCustomerCare telephone network absent since yesterday afternoon and now returned in very feeble strength. There is no effective system of registering complaint and if it is, you ask for 4-5 days for solution. A prompt action is requested if anyone from Vi is there

    @ViCustomerCare last 7 yrs trying to stop the postpaid number, everytime vi customer agent asked for noc for my personal number. I dont want to use your service and would suggest everyone not to use VI.
