@VodafoneIN In covid times the customer care operators are less & new condition call from prepaid or postpaid no ONLY as per ur complaint(NO PROPER IVR option to talk). Then why there is no relaxation in rental. Once the outgoing calls are barred why even if RC calls are not ON?

@ironny100 @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN is the biggest of all. I had officially submitted my request to cancel my port. Vodafone person said yes done. After 10 days you recieve a message stating that from 00:00 your vodafone sim gets activated ! Bang now you are forced to use it !

@ViCustomerCare my sim was not working visited vi gandhinagar br to replace with new sim i was forced to recharge for rs 70. Instead actual cost of₹ 50. More over i had to wait for 10 minutes even there were 4 staff sitting free .Due to law quality of sim i face this issue

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare There seems to be a big scam VI company a telecomm provider is making to retain their customer. They are blocking the port number from delivering. Instead they make call to convince. It makes inconvenient to come out of VI. It’s the violation of @TRAI rules.
