    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia pathetic and poor service of VI Ahmedabad team. Lots of reminder still no one is visiting our office for network issue. Even on call employee of VI saying to cancel connection. This is answer from VI employee.

    @ViCustomerCare I activated roaming on my phone on 16 and still waiting for my Ospree duty free voucher. The offer says the voucher is sent in 48hrs. I am waiting for 120hrs now and still no voucher. Customer care sayd send an email. Email team says voucher will be sent in 48hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare dear vi, have you really launched 5g in Bangalore? I am not getting 5g inside my home. If step outside of home few areas I get 5g.. then why do you advertising 5g lunch.. it is worst support. Cannot also reach customer care now days. only IVR STOP FOOLING.
