    @reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

    @ViCustomerCare @youbroadband Your both networks are down since 12:00am. This happened 4 time in a year that both networks are down together. Why BB going going down when there is Mobile network outage and visa versa? Please explain. @rmstakkar

    One of the worst mobile network I have ever experienced. U suck @VodafoneIN Time to change the network operator. Sooner or later @VodafoneIN will be diminished, if @VodafoneIN will keep continuing with the same attitude

    Pathetic conversation with @ViCustomerCare care on 198. Customer care guy told me "we can't to anything, you recharge again with ₹ 500 or you move to other network. After being a customer for 17 Yr this is what you get. No option left other than to port on other network.

    @VodafoneIN since one week Vodafone 4G speed is like a 2G, Worst speed ever i seen, friends don't go for new connection in Vodafone. I think it's time to port number to another service provider.

    @VodafoneIN @youbroadband I have registered a complaint regarding no internet connectivity issue on 4th of August, since then made multiple call to your customer care but still my problem is not resolved. Req. no. - 2020080417481. Please look into it.

    Very disappointing experience with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a new prepaid SIM, paid recharge amount, opted for online eKYC, but the process failed due to app issue and now no support/resolution is being provided despite repeated follow-ups for hours.

    @ViCustomerCare Can you tell me if it is possible to simply call and speak to a human over there? The call numbers, phone numbers are expertly designed to trap the customer into an endless array of AI options. Is this intentional? do you not like speaking to your customers?

    @ViCustomerCare No response on DM/X support even after repeated follow-ups. Multiple failed SIM/eSIM activation attempts, online eKYC not working, still taking payments and forcing doorstep KYC. Very disappointing service experience. Need refund and immediate resolution.
