    @VodafoneIN i can see few VAS activated in application but actually i am not able to utilize it and tried to contact customer care but hard luck. One of the service is Zee5, shows activated in Vi app and not able to use it.. how come you discontinue without even prior informing.

    @ViCustomerCare I keep some balance but as soon as your system finds an un-utilised balance, it gets greedy and activates Caller tune services putting shameful songs spoiling our reputations. Then your customer service denies and when informed about legal proceedings, they process for a refund.

While we've noted your concern, here's a way to improve your indoor Network experience. Simply connect to any WiFi and start making calls using WiFi calling from Vi
