    The most overacting network I have ever seen @VodafoneIN because literally there's no internet speed When I watch YouTube or play any game.... And you say fastest network in Mumbai Lol.... I hate this network.After my pack is over then I will be porting to any other good company

    @VodafoneIN Can you assure me that, my network will get resolve in next two days. As I am chasing this from 1.5 years. Try to understand my situation as I don't have network at home . I can't call anybody in this critical situation. People are calling on whatsapp. I need some solution.

    Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare After converting existing number from Postpaid to Prepaid they still continue billing on earlier Postpaid and claim payment of bill amount for the same period where Prepaid bill has already been paid.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Why are YOU getting bothered? Have faith in YOUR system. You say "customer is lying". I say your system is wrong. The offer WAS showing in my Vi App and IS still showing to me. I did the recharge. I lost ₹199. Not your money. Don't tell me what to do.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare You're only explaining your side. What about the customer who got cheated? False offer shown in Vi App → ₹199 deducted → Wrong plan given. This is cheating, not a "technical issue". Own your mistake and refund or plan given those i have available for
