    @VodafoneIN @Idea @TRAI I have ported my vodafone postpaid number to idea prepaid on 20th june, 2020. Verification was done on 23rd june, but ever since till date the number is not active, the executive is making unnecessary excuse and now not recieveing calls. VERY BAD SERVICE

    Hey @reliancejio since morning I am not able to connect my Internet (Mobile Date as well as JioFi). It's showing LTE symbol but nothing happening in background. I am tweeting this with @VodafoneIN network.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Monika, Problem is, Vi VAS team called & irritated me in the past at this much level that majority of its number I have blocked. Also, now simultaneously I am unblocking it accordingly post missed call alert but no luck. Better pls arrange the visit of RF Tech team to my place

    @VodafoneIN It's not yet fixed and I am fed up of calls dropping automatically after every 30-40 secs. I've tried with different phones and still the same output. Overall our area has the same network issues for the past month or so. I do not want to switch to another network! #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneIN instead of spending so much on re branding and advertisements focus on improving network quality. Vodafone user since 2012 and I’ll be switching to jio next month. And please don’t try to sell me your REDX plan. That is another level of fraud.

    @ViCustomerCare recharged with 3495/- on my wife’s vi number 8826314233. But as soon as she landed in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland) this sim is out of service. We have tried manual selection of n/w as well it is switching to auto select and giving error.Need refund. 📞9413717821.

    @ViCustomerCare Urgent issue regarding my number 9990282014. Despite multiple requests, my father was informed at the Vi Store that the number may have been allotted to someone else without notifying me. This number is linked to my banking & important personal accounts.

    Vi Thinks I don't know to read English @ViCustomerCare I cancelled auto renewal of Amazon Prime and they cancelled paid service valid till 07 Jan 2027. When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.

    Customers are paying full money just to suffer daily connectivity problems. Either fix the network permanently or clearly say you cannot, so people can switch to another network instead of getting frustrated every day. @ViCustomerCare
