    @VodafoneIN Total disregard for customer. I'm senior citizen using your service since more than 10 years. My phone got stolen & your local store making me run from pillar to post to activate new sim Store manager Satyrndra is rude to the core & inefficient too. Help

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @rsprasad @DoT_India @TRAI network issue continues... we are moving inch towards 5G technology and not able to provide 3G-4G services properly. It seems Consumer satisfaction doesn’t matter to Vodafone after repeated complain no solid action

    @VodafoneIN It's now 15 days from last reminder and over month from first issue log of network problem in Ghansoli Sector 11.

    But after one month issues same, im followed up with your team to much, after tired with followup i leave and used some other network for internet. But now I'm using Vodafone internet but issues is same. @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup

    More than 72 working hours after I applied for a new sim cos my phone was stolen More than 48 hours after I complained on Customer Care number More than 24 hours after my Tweet & your assurance of assistance Result - Nothing as yet @VodafoneIN do not deserve my loyalty

    Hi @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Now I'm back to Mumbai but, still facing 4G network issue here. I'm highlighted this issue last year when I was moved in Vodafone, that time your team told me some network tower maintenances going on after that issues will resolve, 1/2

    @JioCare I’ve recd replies from u saying in my ‘location network problems , being looked into’. I live in vashi ,Navi Mumbai. Amazed that u dare reply like this for such a tech’y advanced city 😳. I will not share anymore details- u already have all. Go figure! @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Just provide vowifi and esim., all our mobiles having latest technology, but still you are 2g. Indoor coverage is very poor.
