    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @rsprasad @DoT_India @TRAI network issue continues... we are moving inch towards 5G technology and not able to provide 3G-4G services properly. It seems Consumer satisfaction doesn’t matter to Vodafone after repeated complain no solid action

    More than 72 working hours after I applied for a new sim cos my phone was stolen More than 48 hours after I complained on Customer Care number More than 24 hours after my Tweet & your assurance of assistance Result - Nothing as yet @VodafoneIN do not deserve my loyalty

    @VodafoneIN I think vodafphone doesn’t have capability of improve network. After several reminders there is no any progress in network. You shall deserve to quit all user & switch in other network.. thanks for bad support...

    For close to yen years I had Raja's 'How to Name it' as my caller tune. The great @VodafoneIN suspended it one day and pretended I never had such a subscription. Now, their caller app store is so lousy, can't find anything like that.

    Hey Vi, I am not able to use my internet service since 29/07/2021. Raised multiple complaints too but Customer Support does nit take immediate action and tell me to wait for 2 hours always. Please resolve this issue on Immediate basis @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea #Vodafone
