    @ViCustomerCare Hi Monika, Problem is, Vi VAS team called & irritated me in the past at this much level that majority of its number I have blocked. Also, now simultaneously I am unblocking it accordingly post missed call alert but no luck. Better pls arrange the visit of RF Tech team to my place

    Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare After converting existing number from Postpaid to Prepaid they still continue billing on earlier Postpaid and claim payment of bill amount for the same period where Prepaid bill has already been paid.

    @ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card was not working. At the age of 87 she had to visit Vi shop. A pathetic service by Vi and no consideration for its customers. Very disappointed and frustrated with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Since last 4 days, I have been experiencing network issues where #Vodafone network almost goes to 2G and then null. I had raised a complaint against the issue, and received the call by customer service, still the #Vodafonenetwork issue persists.
