    @VodafoneIN Can you assure me that, my network will get resolve in next two days. As I am chasing this from 1.5 years. Try to understand my situation as I don't have network at home . I can't call anybody in this critical situation. People are calling on whatsapp. I need some solution.

    @VodafoneIN Even after complaining, there is no active actions been taken by @VodafoneIN , the net speed just sucks. And then they are charging Rs. 1178/- per month.

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I am getting this reply and have done everythng based on diff. instructions from ur diff advisors UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm getting regular spam calls from your team, harassing me for bill payment. Go through my previous complaints, that SIM was not working since March. No network. Your team didn't even resolve the issue. Then I rightfully discarded ur SIM. What should I pay for?

    @vodafone Dear @ViCustomerCare, Reference No. 3-148333734418 Despite sending multiple emails and complaints, the network issue in our area still remains unresolved. We are continuously facing call drops, poor signal strength, and unusable internet services.

    5/ @ViCustomerCare your network quality is already poor, but your customer service is even worse. A genuine long-time customer with valid government ID gets treated like a fraud case over a corrected DOB. Absolutely pathetic experience at VI Store, Kamrej, Surat.

    1/ @ViCustomerCare Using this Vodafone/VI number for YEARS. My mother uses this SIM daily. Suddenly the SIM lost signal completely while she was travelling. Local mobile shops checked the phone & confirmed the SIM chip is faulty and needs reissue.
