    @VodafoneIN Can you assure me that, my network will get resolve in next two days. As I am chasing this from 1.5 years. Try to understand my situation as I don't have network at home . I can't call anybody in this critical situation. People are calling on whatsapp. I need some solution.

    @VodafoneIN worst ever service I m facing since last 3-4 weeks, it seems like no one is cared about customer service and after sales service. Even after complaining so many times, only getting replies that due to lockdown and limited staff. So better u don't charge us.

    The most overacting network I have ever seen @VodafoneIN because literally there's no internet speed When I watch YouTube or play any game.... And you say fastest network in Mumbai Lol.... I hate this network.After my pack is over then I will be porting to any other good company

    I have recharge my vodafone number with 4g pack.. now i m in need my wifi not working vodafone is giving 2G network i cannot trust now vodafone any more after this lock down very first thing i m gng to do is portout from vodafone and there zero improvmnt in netwrk @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN We are facing network issues here in this location. This has become a quite frequent phenomenon in last couple of weeks. Network indicator shows 4G but calls are getting dropped. Sporadic Network. Please resolve at the earliest.

    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    Hello @ViCustomerCare hello vodafone my complaint will be registered my complaint is i was told that you are being given a viewer of rs 828 pls mate the port in other operator we are refunding you rs 828 so i canceled my port but I have not received my full refund of ₹ 828..?😡

    @ViCustomerCare There is no signal in my vi sim from yday. Called cc multiple times. No resolution. First they committed a time of td 5 pm. Now they are saying cannot commit. I cannot make payments and do anything cozz of no sig. I regret making vi my primary sim. Worst service.

    @ViCustomerCare - The worst. They just don’t respond or just keep making false promises of someone working on the issue. This is ridiculous and pathetic. Above 2 months and no support. I have asked you to cancel the connection. Even for that there is no response.
