    @ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card was not working. At the age of 87 she had to visit Vi shop. A pathetic service by Vi and no consideration for its customers. Very disappointed and frustrated with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Monika, Problem is, Vi VAS team called & irritated me in the past at this much level that majority of its number I have blocked. Also, now simultaneously I am unblocking it accordingly post missed call alert but no luck. Better pls arrange the visit of RF Tech team to my place

    Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare After converting existing number from Postpaid to Prepaid they still continue billing on earlier Postpaid and claim payment of bill amount for the same period where Prepaid bill has already been paid.

    @ViCustomerCare I lost my phone and Vi sim on 26-Jul-22.Reported the issue on 27-Jul-22. Have been since circling the Vi centre. They told me since I was in Mumbai and the sim was from MP circle it would take time. Aur kitna time,14th hai. how r u still allowed to operate?

    @ViCustomerCare this company service is third class. I was requested for port from jio to vi today is ported but for next 2 days I can't use any service of my mobile because there is Holiday due to this the vi store will be not open and the FRC recharge can't done.also 4G not....

    @ViCustomerCare it's very disappointing that Volte services of Vi is yet not started in bihar state. I'm using Vodafone from a very long time and don't wants to switch on any other network so it's requested to please start the Volte services ASAP. Thanks!
