Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare my post paid number of more than 10 years was disconnected without warning. Called the customer care who had no idea why and were of no help. They insisted I should visit a service centre though I was not comfortable. At the service centre they
