    @ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card was not working. At the age of 87 she had to visit Vi shop. A pathetic service by Vi and no consideration for its customers. Very disappointed and frustrated with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised complaints regarding network issue and those complaints are closed without resolving the network issue.. no one told me that they are closing these complaints.

    @VodafoneIN Can you assure me that, my network will get resolve in next two days. As I am chasing this from 1.5 years. Try to understand my situation as I don't have network at home . I can't call anybody in this critical situation. People are calling on whatsapp. I need some solution.

    @VodafoneIN It's not yet fixed and I am fed up of calls dropping automatically after every 30-40 secs. I've tried with different phones and still the same output. Overall our area has the same network issues for the past month or so. I do not want to switch to another network! #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneIN iam a Customer of Youbroadband my rel. no. 1697538, online complaints made on 23-07-2020, 29-07-2020, 05-08-2020 only received complaint Nos, but my internet is still not working, youbroadband is powered by vodafone, this is worst service, Kindly resolve immediately

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.

    There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR
