    @VodafoneIN Dear all & @TRAI Please be informed that @VodafoneIN charges ₹5.5 lacs, yes I repeat ₹5.5 lacs per GB if you use this even my mistake in any country, of course on this earth. They buy at ₹500 per GB from local service provider & sell at ₹5.5 lacs per GB! #LeaveVodafoneIdea

    I am loyalist of @VodafoneIN from last 15 yrs & a very high user at high price thinking that it’s a global telecom company with professionalism & ethics. It was shattered last month, when they approached by international roaming issue with utter absurdity! #LeaveVodafoneIdea

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN I'm a Vodafone user since past so many years. The quality, coverage of network, internet speed, everything is reduced in my area(Worli Village) and is so pathetic that people complain that your phone is unreachable despite getting full network! 1/2

    @VodafoneIN have registered complaint many time. Network is very bad in Ghansoli Sector 11. Call drop and no network is very frequent. Need urgent solution for it else need to move to other provider like @airtelindia

    @msrbpl @ViCustomerCare Direct Arial distance doesn't matter. It is the place where home is and how many obstruction are there between antenna and site of contact i.e device. Obstruction can be a wall, tree, any device which emit radio signals like some1's TV or WiFi routers. Anything over -85dBm is bad

    @ViCustomerCare As a Postpaid customer of #VI There is not customer support for me I’m trying to convert my sim to ESIM again and again it’s not processing 2. As I have said many times I do have two postpaid sim I need to convert my one post paid to pre paid No customer help.

    @msrbpl @ViCustomerCare Inside my home, I get 200-250 Mbps at one point, 450-500 at other and more than 800 in another room which is in direction of tower. All depends of direction of phone and antenna from tower. Inside our home there are 100 of things that can obstruct signal.

    After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.@ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    Pathetic customer service by @ViCustomerCare. Was given wrong information by Vodafone Exec about International Roaming pack in Azerbaijaan. Activated IR pack (2999 for 7 days) based on the assurance. Now I have been given a bill of 21K+.
