    For close to yen years I had Raja's 'How to Name it' as my caller tune. The great @VodafoneIN suspended it one day and pretended I never had such a subscription. Now, their caller app store is so lousy, can't find anything like that.

    @ViCustomerCare officially offers the worst customer service! What a way to begin the day. Changes billing dates - has no answer as to why apart from ‘technical issue’, wrongly charged bills, doubly charged bills, and the list goes on..

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my Vi number on 6th January. The outgoing & incoming service validity are extended (I checked it on my Vi app.) But I can't make call and can't receive calls. I called Vi customer care and made complaint. Didn't get any solution so far. Pls check DM
