    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIN_News Do you have any time like to resolve the issue or just making your consumer fool. I don't think without penalty Vodafone learn any lesson... You providing shit kind of services in city like Mumbai than what are the situations in small towns and village.

    @VodafoneIN is so damn quick. Just placed and order to port from @JioCare yesterday and the Vodafone guy is coming to my home address with the SIM and for verification in less than 24hrs. Also, Jio called yesterday to ask Why I'm porting, but the call dropped 😂

    @VodafoneIN the bill is a whooping 1800+ with no clue. Need a solution for this. Also kindly help me with the process to change from post paid to prepaid, as I don’t want to deal with this anymore.

    @VodafoneIN i given a request to vodafone store shivaji nagar thane mumbai- to port my Kerala post paid number to mu. Baibprepaod number on 24 Aug, but ita still not done and i have cleared my unbilled amount also. And while talking to mumbai customer care they cant help me

    So the @VodafoneIN executive showed up at the door today to do the KYC, but unfortunately he wasn't getting enough network strength to load the application. Later the network came but was restricted to 3G. Sorry Vodafone!!! Got to cancel my MNP temporary!!!

    Shame on dark data plan pattern by @ViCustomerCare. Today I accidentally do a recharge of 488 instead of 489. 488 pack give 100gb data whereas 489 give unlimited calling. These plain are literally designed to scam people. Thanks vi for your service I am leaving.

    Network was down today from 3:30 pm to 05:55pm. Then 8pm to 8:45pm... @ViCustomerCare I think I know what is causing this network blackout issues. Check dm and fix asap if you care.... Else I won't care....

    They will not try to correct the issue and re attempt to deliver instead it is cancelled by system after that they cannot do anything. Customer has to place new order again , and meanwhile the number he chose is also no longer available. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare it was my worst decision that I ported my 5 arlirtel sim to VI facing lots of issue like internet connectivity call drop network coverage. I'm just waiting to complete the cooling period so that I can move to other operator.

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent many DMs to you. Reply is automated (from Shruti/chandani),stating that the complaint has been resolved.But the status is the same. No incoming call facility still. @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare kindly check and revert. If it's unresolved,I will port the number.

    @ViCustomerCare This is a pathetic **** company , since two days they are replying same thing , that status of order is cancelled , refund is initiated. They have made errors in the documentation process and cancelled from their side. They have left customer hanging.
