    @ViCustomerCare You should look up all my earlier complaint before asking for any details. If the problem persists, then why did you close the complaint? Even your engineer visited my home to check the network issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I am getting this reply and have done everythng based on diff. instructions from ur diff advisors UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    It's been 6 months since I switched from Jio to Vi. I think it was the most significant mistake. Everyone is moving fastly to 5G, and Vi is still giving me an 'E' network. Several complaints were made, but it seems they least bothered their customer's complaints. @ViCustomerCare

The apps websites are taking too long with payments of UPI IN APPS suffering huge,despite Network bars up and #porttiJio

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Monika, Problem is, Vi VAS team called & irritated me in the past at this much level that majority of its number I have blocked. Also, now simultaneously I am unblocking it accordingly post missed call alert but no luck. Better pls arrange the visit of RF Tech team to my place

    @ViCustomerCare have visited store for changing Postpaid to Prepaid of my father (Age 64) Manager ( Mr. Omprakash) & CE ( Miss. Laxmi) saying that customer have to visit the store, given request letter to change but not accepted why? No support to Senior Citizen Really Shameful

    @ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card was not working. At the age of 87 she had to visit Vi shop. A pathetic service by Vi and no consideration for its customers. Very disappointed and frustrated with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare 4G. Highly inconvenient during telephonic calls. The entire stretch of pin_400067 is almost slow. The number of complaints done are huge, though processed, it says cannot raise new complaint. Complainy shall be raised as and when commectivity suffers and payments are suffering at

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare you people are totally fraud.when i recharge that time theyshows me on plan 599 gives me 3gb/day but after recharge they only give me 1.5gb/day this is totally cheating,even your customer care executive are unsocial uneducated and lack of knowledge.

    @ViCustomerCare I have raised complaint near by 3-4 times on the same issue but never find resolution from your side. Very poor response from @ViCustomerCare . Finally going to another operator. I also suggest to never use vodafone for better results. Requested to resolve asap.
