    @VodafoneIN Pls don't call now number ported to @airtelindia was waiting since one hour in the shop....I went to Vodafone gallery in Thane opp Malhar talkies...they said go to shop..waited in shop for one hour as ur server down....so had no time switched to airtel

    @VodafoneIN @Peamod5 We are vashi Sector 30 A -facing huge net work problem and all our 114 connections on our floor want to shift to some other mobile service provider due to your poor net work and poor customer care . Building is platinum Technopark vashi . Pl work on it asap

    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India @Secretary_DoT @jagograhakjago @PMOIndia It seems that Consumer forum is just namesake. Vodafone is nicely putting off resolving the issue to another day , for the last 3 months. And Dot has done its job by forwarding the issue to another dept, who are sitting on it.

    2/2 Now let me also give you one suggestion "why don't you disclose list of mobiles which are compatible for you shit SIM card." @VodafoneIN if you can't provide good network service you should back off hands from market.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team, since yesterday, my incoming calls n msgs are barred though am able to browse net. I had called ur customer care today morning at9.45am and registered complaint. I was told that my incoming will be resumed within two hours but till now its same. Plz help.

    @ViCustomerCare either remove this corona alert message before calls or make it a part of the caller tune. If I have to make an emergency call I have to wait 20-30 secs for this irritating msg to be over. @TRAI @DoT_India pls look into this.

    @DoT_India But on @reliancejio they are played as part of the caller tune & on @ViCustomerCare they're played separately before connecting the call. It wastes precious time while making emergency calls.

    I am not getting OTP on my @VodafoneIN no. and ur customer care said 'As per TRAI regulations OTPs are blocked and I need to contact each app where I get OTP from to get it resolved'. Like really? Educate your executives and resolve my issue ASAP.
