Pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare After converting existing number from Postpaid to Prepaid they still continue billing on earlier Postpaid and claim payment of bill amount for the same period where Prepaid bill has already been paid.

The idea to merge with idea was a bad idea for vodafone. The idea itself don't have any idea. Before merging with idea Vodafone was far better but now network is a big issue and customer care is calling number of times in a day which is irritating. @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea
