    @VodafoneIN Day by day ur network becomes very bad. Many times call drops, not reachable, switched off. Now, due to ur poor network, my @amazon parcel returned as their representative unable to contact me. My Location is Marol, Andheri 400059. 😡🤬#badservice #frustrated

    @VodafoneIN now finaly i have port my number on @reliancejio ...i was complaint lots of time but we didnt get proper solution from @VodafoneIN ...i will also converted my 3 more numbers in @reliancejio ...nd will suggest people to port into @reliancejio ...sorry @VodafoneIN ..

    @VodafoneIN yesterday evening there was no network for 2 hours, at Ghodbunder , kasarvadavali. Even customer care was not supportive to help.

    I m following up with customer care and Vodafone Gallery Khoperkhairne Navi Mumbai Branch also sent out emails from last 2 months regarding Bill related issue but no use. Now they blocked my number. Seems like Twitter is the last option left. @VodafoneIN pls help.

    @adidaga @VodafoneIN @Speedtest @airtelindia @Idea @VodaIdea_NEWS I have raised the exactly same point to #vodafone4g that u charge rent fo 4G service but we never experienced 4G and gave false multiple commitment of improvement of service. I have port my service to JIO after many complaints to Vodafone but no revert. @TRAI please look into it.

    Have been a customer of @VodafoneIN since it was Max Touch. But I have not been harassed by them as much as @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence which I have been using for like a decade. 5

    Shame on You @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK This company send me a fraud bill on my number when i asked for the clarification they say sorry but never answered my questions then after no answer they request my current operator jio to stop services on my number proof attached

    @ViCustomerCare ENUF OF FOOLING CUSTOMERS....I was assured of issue being resolved & charges waived off.Plan changed & national roaming won't be charged, hwevr I just saw the new bill & agn I'm being chrgd same. I dont wish to use such pathetic services.

    @ViCustomerCare Is their any way to fix ping issue? I don't have any issue with network or speed . both are good in my area . Only problem is ping is always high above 150-200-300 in above 1 mbps speed . this is irritating while playing any game . plzz give any solution .

    Guy's no need to purchase VI Group SIM postpaid services, because after 7 or 8 years if you face any problem. And by chance again group will change at that time so nobody will help you. Current time I am facing same situation because I am belongs to Idea group. @ViCustomerCare

    @VbhvSth @ViCustomerCare seriously VI network sucks ! speed is never more than 300-400 kbps and i have made a complaint atleast 4-5 times but they never work on my issue.

    @VbhvSth @ViCustomerCare I jumped from Jio to Airtel. Airtel suddenly dropped few bandwidth and Huawei phone isnt supporting other ones. Jio never worked in Huawei we nees to keep the location on.
