    @ViCustomerCare your app doesn't allow payment through UPI if a UPI app is not installed on that particular handset. It's not possible to install UPI app on each & every device, still this stupid limitation. Other apps have an option to scan a QR code, why can't you provide one?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is running a scam where they pull customer in to a Family Plan and then prevents from letting then leave it. I have been trying for almost a week now. Paid all the bills. But they are not deactivating it. Always say wait for 24-48 hours. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,
