  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI The issue is still not resolved, all ISP has the same problem all are selling 2G data in the name Of 4G but even can't provide proper 2G speed. We can't even imagine what will happen when you'll start selling 5G data, it's that bad. Everyone just put ad India's best ISP.

  @TRAI @ViCustomerCare i do not have network on my phone for the past 6 days. Who is responsible for it? VI has increased its tarrifs and decreased it's service.I haven't used any network because of there fault I would like a refund for those days.

  @ViCustomerCare thanks for delivering again 3RD CLASS SERVICE. Your team charged me double bill in just 3 days in same month. I asked for reversal they saying it's a mismatch bill they generated. I asked for which missed month they are unable to explain it.(1)...
