    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I was a VI postpaid customer with fixed monthly bill of Rs 353, just because I ported into some other operator as I was facing n/w issues all the time, could you please let me know why my bill suddenly changed to Rs 440 and being asked to pay more money??

    @ViCustomerCare when did you live volte features for Bihar & Jharkhand circle we facing call connecting issue & data over call . without any prior time how many days we endured it.if you can't do that we have option to port out to volte provided service operator instead of vi

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to activate iMessage on my phone. I have been trying to reach out via customer care number but it sends me in a loop of IVR. Super dissatisfied with the network. Do you think porting out is a good idea?

    @ViCustomerCare When a canned reply is posted 200000000 times, even with fully dramatic pretense, it only becomes L A M E and ineffective rather than impressive. Poor process by a wannabe leader who couldn't get into acting Pitiful.
