    @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViVodaidea @ViCustomerCare It’s really sad to write complaint on social media considering the goodwill Birla group has but Vi has not left any choice. We are corporate customer for close to 10 yrs but Struggling for last 5 days after making payment on time.

    @ViCustomerCare Btw someone called from an unclear line and no one could hear them. They were told to call back from a clear line. Noone called back. Bravo to your customer service !

    @ViCustomerCare dear vi why don't you provide free callertune like as other services provided do to their customer. Because I am also a vi user for last 5 years and I know many people leave vi only because of free callertune problem. Please lookin into this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare If I pay my bill on time of 9910522616 so why you disconnect my services. it's my humble request to you please start my services. And waived off old number charges.i will accelerate this issue to court.
