    @ViCustomerCare I opted for port out due to poor services by Vi. I got an email from Vi that the pending amount in my mobile account will be refunded to me . Its been a month. The customer care is not responding at all.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup It's been more than 2 days I am not able to call anyone in roaming without resolving my issue I got a SMS that the issue has been resolved no one bother to check. I am a shareholder too. But now I realise this company is not worth investing unreliable

    I have been a customer of Vodafone Postpaid since 2012. And never faced such a issue. Is it compulsory for you to threaten people ?? If they want to close a number . Still using 2 connection of @ViCustomerCare . This was serious. I ll be escalating this issue to zonal heads
