  @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea gives the same canned response. I am not even asking for reconnection of my service. I had paid the recharge amount when my incoming service was active. No reason for blocking the refund for a delay of missing the payment for few days.

  @Navoday14 @ViCustomerCare Yes, myself also observed the same problem at Upparapalli,Wardhannapet ,Pin Code 506310 since couple of months, provide a permanent solution of uninterrupted mobile network as soon as possible on priority.

  @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi this is the 2nd time it has happened to me. Some third party services are activated on my number and balance is deducted. Had I not complained this would have continued to happen. This is not the way service is provided to the customers.
