    @SuryaRSS1992 @ViCustomerCare They will not resolve this issue. They will ask us to recharge more than ₹128 pack for sms.. They are making fools of their customers. They have blocked sms outgoing facility where recharge is less than ₹128. Porting is best option.

    @ViCustomerCare ,@rsprasad I was having corporate Mobil plan of idea it merged to vodaphone now VI automatically upgraded my plan without my permission plz help me by reducing the previous plan to 99 plan

    @ViCustomerCare I met Mr Chamdrjeet Vi store Kalawad road Rajkot. he suggest me to Leave Vi and do MNP, he himself is dissatisfied with your system. I agree with him as For such a simple problem u had already made me 4 trip to Vi Store waste 100 human hours

    @ViCustomerCare Still no network coverage in my area. Cross sign is showing as network signal. @ViCustomerCare please return back my annual subscription so I can move on another network.
