    @ViCustomerCare ! I am on a RedX plan and struggling to redeem free Netflix offer. I emailed customer care. I received a call on Monday, telling me it will be done by Tuesday. I received a call yesterday, saying it will be resolved by 15:15 today. Nothing done! LIARS!

    @ViCustomerCare Sir .  I am fed up from your employee Saumitra Singh (9889009284), he is very bad to communicate with customers he is continuesily  misbehaving with me . When I called him he is abused me , and after some time when I call back him , he again abused me

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer care,no one responds... Shut your networks down when you can't provide better network ..... Not even getting 2g network in my area... And saying fastest 4g network In india....

    @ViCustomerCare Since today morning only 1-2 signal bars out of 5 are showing at my house in Bengaluru. As a result 4G internet is slow and frequent call drops happening. Please check.
