@ViCustomerCare I am using your network since 2016 and the problem i am facing from last 3 days was really really pathetic, I haven't experienced this kind of services from last 5 years. And the shocking thing is that there is not a Single Store in our town.

@ViCustomerCare It’s been over 6 hours since we went to the Vi store got the sim changed ourselves since there was no help forthcoming from your Customer Care and despite the change of SIM our number is still inactive. You just lost a 17 year olds customer #Idea #vodafone
