    One of the worst network now @vodafone not even able to browse the page and every time they charge extra bill like value added services which we never activate good bey @VodafoneIN

    Still waiting for a proper resolution/refund despite sharing all details, tickets, and explaining that SIM exchange is not possible because the original owner is outside India. Requesting Vi to please resolve the matter fairly. @ViCustomerCare @nch1915 @ConsumerVoiceIn

    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, I’m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.

    Vi network completely DEAD in Moti Rafudad, Jamnagar, Gujarat (361170)! Power cut started at 7 AM, tower shut down by 10:15 AM. Just 3 hrs of backup? Power returns at 4 PM. Entire village is suffering. Fix this terrible backup ASAP! @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN @TRAI
