    @VodafoneIN this is a request for installing vodafone network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

    @ViCustomerCare Please stop calling me repeatedly. I do not wish to receive further customer service or promotional calls from Vi. Kindly remove my number from your calling list and communicate only through SMS if necessary

    @ViCustomerCare you guys cheating customers in the name of daily plans for internet. Had recharged yesterday & today but with no internet services. Tried calling your customer care but of no use. Strict action should be taken against them @DoT_India

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , It's been 2 months since I got a Vi SIM. I've raised the same complaint twice, but nothing has changed. I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

    @ViCustomerCare My daily data is exhausted but I still have 3 GB weekend rollover data remaining. Internet speed is extremely slow or unusable. Is there any speed restriction on rollover data under my plan Hope not scam
