    @ViCustomerCare nformation that is absolutely useless. Your service ticket shows as closed. And my issue wasn't resolved. Still no incoming calls or sms's. Like i said keep the 99 rps and I'll be getting my number ported to either Jio or Airtel cos I'm done with Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare Kindly help. I have no network for more than 24hours now. After forcing the customer care to take a complaint they have said it will take another 2 days.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Condition of network is very Bad. In room I get 2g (G/E) Network, At Door 3G (H+) and At Outdoor I get 4G. This is the condition of Network Please Do Something to Solve this problem as soon as possible
