    Issue with VI like my plan was 99 and they converted with 299 without my confirmation.And I am paying last 3 year Rs 99 only for the SIM as it always in roaming.And their executive offered me 6 months unlimited call,Per day 2 GB data,Hotstar,Amazonprime,sony liv.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare your network is pathetic. I recently ported my number to VI. I’m facing n number of call drop and network issues. I have already lodged 2 complaints but still there is no resolution

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Uploaded is the Photograph of a customer shouting out his case. Very sad sight. Will Vi settle my case without giving more anxiety to senior people. I have great respect for Birlas but no-customer contact policy and the lethargic staff will kill this company.

    Vi network is horrible. Data connection starting with 4G suddenly change to H+ even siganl strength is 3 to 4bar. Several places same issue. Pin 691507 vendar. @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar i hope it will be solved soon.
