    @ViCustomerCare Once we have recharged, it all seems good for a day and then its back to being asked to recharge again. I dont think you people understand the meaning of customer care...moreover your email ID for customer care is a joke, no one replies to emails....

    @ViCustomerCare not able to raise complaint from VI app for DND service.even after service is activated I am getting so many calls from credit card sellers,loan etc.request you to look into same.

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar From 12th Dec till 22nd Dec .. Still waiting for someone to get in touch with a customer who has been a Customer since it was Hutch (2004)!! WOW! GRT CUST SERVICE.. TIME TO MOVE TO OTHER NETWORK I GUESS... THNXS

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Complaint number MUM-V00746680137 & C094-125855475987 raised with Vodafone Idea Mumbai dated 04 December 2021 is STILL PENDING FOR RESOLUTION. IS THIS THE WAY THE SERVICE PROVIDER WORKS? I AM FACING FINANCIAL LOSS DUE TO THIS INCONVENIENCE.
