    @ViCustomerCare Your DM says the SAME thing that you have registered a case with Netflix. Please call me when there is resolution as you guys don’t even know what the issue is. I will start by reducing my plan from 999 to minimum possible and then port out. Thank you for your 15 years of service

    @ViCustomerCare I can't access data since morning, whenever I open any app, it automatically changes from 4G to 2G. I've raised complain and given time frame till 16th Nov. This is disgusting to say the least and I'll soon change my network to Airtel or Jio, I've never faced issues with them.

    @ViCustomerCare For the last three months, I am continuously complaining that there is a problem in setting the caller tune, every time you will get the same answer, call 198, then after listening to everything, they cut the call, this is your service.
