@VodafoneIN Worst network coverage in my location frequent call dro, can't use data also from fast 15 days . Registered the complaint but they have closed the complaint by stating inadequate coverage in your location. Needs to switch over........

@ViCustomerCare Hi. How are we supposed to complete online Credit Card Transactions if there is lag of 24 hours in SMS delivery . Since Last 1 year you are promising to improve network, WHEN Finally ? We already switched to WhatsApp audio due to poor network issues.

@ViCustomerCare Worst service Vi should shutdown their services in India. From past 1.5 month have raised 4-5 complaint for network coverage but they got auto close without getting resolved. More than dozen of mails/ calls to customer care but my number is always out of coverage.

@ViCustomerCare Disappointed by VI as i would like to shift my VI prepaid sim to VI postpaid sim,But today on sunday VI store was closed and in case of airtel Store was opened and shifted the telecom company because Airtel was giving service on Sunday also. VI team Work on it .

@ViCustomerCare clam that they will let their customer to use that unused data in weekend as weekend data rollover, but it is pity that they do not give the 4G speed at the same time, right now my internet speed is less than 250 kpbs, really disappointing
