    @VodafoneIN Worst network coverage in my location frequent call dro, can't use data also from fast 15 days . Registered the complaint but they have closed the complaint by stating inadequate coverage in your location. Needs to switch over........

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, Your service has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Constant network issues, terrible internet speed, frequent call drops, and absolutely no proper support from customer care. Customers are paying full price and getting the worst experience......

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged my International Roaming pack from India on 10 May 26. The pack is still not active. I have raised a complaint and also sent a mail but there’s no response from your side. Can you suggest what should I do ?

    @ViCustomerCare Fake company no customer service provides properly wasted time and money please don't go with Vi only invests on Adds not to give good customer service

    Previously I was thinking why @ViCustomerCare not gaining customers in a market like india where only 3 major pvt players exist. But after ordering a SIM I came to know that they can't match the service level of airte & Jio. They are just in a ventilator.

    Still facing major network issues on @ViCustomerCare. YouTube is not opening, Cricbuzz and Cricinfo apps are not loading, and even WhatsApp messages are not going out properly despite showing 4-5 signal bars. ******** network

    @ViCustomerCare My mobile number is showing inactive and I’m unable to reach customer care via phone as there is no response. Please look into this issue urgently and help resolve it. The number is linked with my Aadhaar and biometric verification. Kindly assist at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare What's the update on this?? Customer service is absolutely pethatic. Neelam advisor, I would love top officials listen the call center quality of work. Poor, 3rd class. Let know otherwise I will port all my numbers.
