  @VodafoneIN Worst network coverage in my location frequent call dro, can't use data also from fast 15 days . Registered the complaint but they have closed the complaint by stating inadequate coverage in your location. Needs to switch over........

  @eatul @ViCustomerCare Everywhere it is like that,very poor indoor coverage,No update and improvement.Still lacking vowifi,No Esim for Idea customers. No plan protection while porting from idea to vodafone,In simple words idea customers will get only signal bar, but not all services enjoyed by vodafone

  @ViCustomerCare What do you do when your 10yrs old customer is frustrated with your service. Was so proud of carrying Vi with me but these 15days have been so frustrating. "Happy to help is now Happy to irritate you"! Thinking to port this to number now to @airtelindia

  @kaustubh_kc @ViCustomerCare The issue is they don't want to give us a good service after paying the money. same is the situation I am facing the company does not give a good internet availability but the network is available. You cannot even use 2G services because they are disabling us.
