    @VodafoneIN Worst network coverage in my location frequent call dro, can't use data also from fast 15 days . Registered the complaint but they have closed the complaint by stating inadequate coverage in your location. Needs to switch over........

    @ViCustomerCare When an existing customer renews the same recharge plan, why don't you specifically mention which benefits have been excluded compared to the previous plan? By not disclosing this, you are essentially misrepresenting the benefits.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi bill followup is the new kind of torture. Was Vi customer for last 15 years and still they have to call me 15 time before 3 days from due date. There is a limit for this nonsense and pls stop. Since this is automated call they don’t care or feel how we feel.

    @ViCustomerCare YOU ONLY KNOW TO DEMAND FROM THE CUSTOMER AND ACCUSE THE CUSTOMER LIKE YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW. I ASKED YOU SIMPLE THINGS. YOU ARE NOT DOING ANY OF THESE. KINDLY GIVE DIRECT NUMBER OF YOUR MANAGER.

    @DoT_India @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Force Vi to stop this. Regular numbers like +919076025343 are still being used for sales spam. Under what provision is this allowed? Issue a clear direction to Vi now.

    @ViCustomerCare I had a verybad experience earlier today, I’ve reached out to an agent Anusha via chat as my international roaming was/is still not working. I am a loyal VI customer but this kind of experience is apalling. For the last two days not receiving any calls (1)

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Stop pretending. Every agent keeps calling the spammer’s number “my number”. Either you people don’t read the complaint at all, or you’re doing it on purpose to push the issue into DMs. +918691859317 is a Vi number used for marketing calls. Read

    @ViCustomerCare My Missed Call Alert service is already active as confirmed by your 199 customer care team. However, the Vi App is still showing 'Not Subscribed' and asking for ₹30 again. The phone support executive also refused to log my complaint. Kindly look into this technic

    @ViCustomerCare already shared my information but why you not helping?? issue is just with my Vi number , not with other Vi numbers. Just only on my number, network gets switch to 2g when someone calls me, this is frustratin @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
