    @VodafoneIN Worst network coverage in my location frequent call dro, can't use data also from fast 15 days . Registered the complaint but they have closed the complaint by stating inadequate coverage in your location. Needs to switch over........

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , Vi network is down. It was all of a sudden the mobile data becomes dead. I just turned airplane mode on and off, restarted the phone but, nothing worked. Not only the internet but also incoming and outgoing calls are not working. #Vodafoneideadown

    @ViCustomerCare From 7th Feb 2022, there is no resolution, today is 9th March 2022, one month has been passed, still no result. Just noting d concern but not resolving. Only words no action. Very pathetic, poor, unacceptable, annoying

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Due to VI Team and management irresponsible actions, I have lost more Then Rs 50 lakh. my VI number is 7737927777 I want to start both my payment and my loss and refund process as soon as possible I don't expect service from you guys anymore i waited for 2 years Thank you

    I have a formal complaint that has been registered by the customer care. Why then is the collection department harassing my family by sending people to my house and calling them like frenzy ???? Does no one communicate in your department @ViCustomerCare
