Dear @VodafoneIN I m literally fed up of your false commitments of providing good network and speed, u r just slower than sloths. I think even your customer care executives are fed up of stating 48hrs fake assurance to the customers.

@ViCustomerCare Till Sep 21 my rental plan was 99 INR, and now from Oct 2021 without out my consent & approval the rental plan has been changed to 299 INR.customer care was not ready to accept my request as complaint and told me it's a company policy. PLz don't extort.@TRAI

Worst customer service ever. After following all that was advised on DM ,went back to the store and came back disappointed again. By the way my phone was a 2 sim phone and @ViCustomerCare had replaced it in 1 hour . @JioCare there is something for your team to learn from others
