    I recharged with 65 rupees airtel pack today, it was not reflected in my number and customer service guy is saying that I have used all my data. If you can't do anything @Airtel_Presence then I am immediately switching to @ViCustomerCare keeping the number same. Help me vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare it is really unfortunate and unacceptable from a service provider.more thn week yet no resolution.solun what we get is chng d sim card and best part e1 after doing tht pay extra for recharge e1 if u hv existing active plan and still no solution..horrible @ITS_MoC

    @ViCustomerCare Today I got call from Vi backend team about issue today 03:52 PM, even though agent not lesson my issue and not solved the issue directly disconnected call, I did not get any call still now, issue is pending, Why are you wasting my time, I need resolution

    @ViCustomerCare VI representative called me in today afternoon and confirm me to visit by today’s evening,but neither any one have called nor visited. Day by day services of VI is getting worst. Understand this as my formal communication and cancel my order. I don’t want VI connection.

    @ViCustomerCare I've been with you for over 10 years but since 2020 I've been facing terrible network issues, my data just doesn't seem to work, my callers can't reach me, interestingly they get a note that I've not made the payments! Been reporting the issues without progress...
