  @ViCustomerCare Still no update on my postpaid to prepaid request despite multiple follow-ups, store visits, and payment done as instructed. It’s been almost a month with no resolution. I cannot wait anymore—will be forced to switch to another network if not resolved immediately

  @aditiraval @ViCustomerCare Ok . Using jio and airtel both. Airtel is worst for international roaming. And customer support is even worse in airtel

  @itsroni4u @kaleemansari1 @ViCustomerCare It works very well in Delhi NCR region and I’ve been to Uttrakahnd twice and it still never disappointed. The worst decision would be to continue supporting monopolistic competition killer.
