Dear @VodafoneIN I m literally fed up of your false commitments of providing good network and speed, u r just slower than sloths. I think even your customer care executives are fed up of stating 48hrs fake assurance to the customers.

@ViCustomerCare has the worst billing and payment reconciliation system ever. First they chase for a payment for which they never sent a bill, then they keep chasing for weeks after the payment has been made. Because their stupid systems don’t talk to each other. Absolute fail.
