    @TRAI @VodafoneIdeaIN why the hell I am not able send text message from my vi prepaid, even I have sufficient balance in my main account. @ViCustomerCare Your customer care executive says that I have to recharge more than 120 + rs to send text message.

    @ViCustomerCare Everytime I am being informed that the same reason.facing lot of issues due to internet speed.cant even do the office work properly. why customer will hear the resolution like this. This is absolutely your responsibility and should do the permanent solution .
