    The award for the worst telecom provider goes to @ViCustomerCare. Every month they are just forcing you to do a minimum recharge to keep your services on. Before they told me that the minimum refill of 50rs is necessary. Now they have increased it to 199rs.

    @ViCustomerCare I use my vi sim only om rare occasions. Yet unknown services have deducted my balance many times. I have been refunded through my balance in all cases. But I am really not willing to continue to use your service after 11 years.
