@ViCustomerCare Worst VAS service ever. Automatic deduction of balance and on enquiry with VI store no resolution and also on the complainant mobile number. VI automatically deducted 99 rs from account and on report within 4 hrs at VI store no refunds

@ViCustomerCare your executives seems totally DUMB. As after every complaint they just reply and ask what the issue. It seems they have forgotten that they said will resolve the issue on 90 days from which more than 50 days have passed but nothing is done in reelity. @vodafonein1

@ViCustomerCare Got a replacement sim today for 100₹ at byculla vi store in the morning. Since then visited twice and yet the sim is not activated. I tried calling and texting required info mentioned on sim cover but mobile network not available is shown but network is visible.
