    @ViCustomerCare I have been patiently explaining my network unavailability issue to your support team with zero resolution. It is nearly 24 hours since I have lost network. I have sent an e-mail to your 24/7 e-mail id. Complaint number #4-139719688787. Please resolve immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare DCHD10112204255 order I'd I have ordered a New VI SIM on 10/11/2022 But yet I didn't receive any confirmation calls/msg . I contact vi customer care they said any how today your SIM will be delivered but I haven't received yet !

    @mayur_jha @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I earn my daily basis by playing games and streaming them online how can you call yourself customer care when your people don't even care my yt channel is going on a loss due to your network I was better with jio atleast they care and solved my issued on my streaming day.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia i would like to suggest couple of things to you as being a loyal customer to vi (idea), It’s like 2022 about end you are still struggling to provide esim facilities to users and your competitors have launched 5G, wake up V! Before it’s too late..

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team! I am facing a problem regarding my network . When I travelled 2-3 states , my problem initiated with no network and I am on pause with all my network related works I can't even do any transaction. Please I need an immediate help !!
