it’s worthless to continue with vi service. After deducting money they will say that you can de activate auto deductions so that it won’t happen next time. What about the deducted Rs. 128/-? It can’t be refunded. So guys my suggestion never opt Vi. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I have been repeatedly getting calls from #vodafoneidea #vi #vodafone to accept an additional SIM that is given to me because I'm using 699 plan. I have denied it 9 times in a row raised and escalated a complaint, still I got a call today. WTH!! @TRAI @DoT_India
