@ViCustomerCare I was thinking to get a new Vi sim here in Varanasi ( UP East). But one shopkeeper told me I need to recharge with minimum of 599 in order to activate my sim. I'm getting the new sim for my Samsung Guru and I don't need an recharge plan with internet. Please Help

@ViCustomerCare : I have Vi postpaid and no issues in connectivity. Just ask your corporate team and some retention team to be in sync. The retention team is making false promise and trying to retain the user. Why cant go just let go the cuatomer if he just want to leave..
