    @anoopnroy @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Hi Anoop, it's not about sinking anyone it's the common issue with vi they are shooting on their own foot instead of working on favorable plan and better service they come behind you like crazy 10 calls a day when you do porting request this is insane behavior. Same as this blame

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Every network operator in India does this. The calls are automated and get connected to their customer retention team. Every agent gives their blood and sweat just to retain the customer they are automatically connected to. Their system is ridiculous. Can understand your pain!

    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare They are really pathetic. But, choose wisely other carrier Sir. Both the top brands promis the best 5G network coverage but their 4G service is not satisfied in many parts of Delhi NCR.
