    Vodafone’s service is really bad. I haven’t been able to send text messages for the past five days, and I can’t use my banking services either, but Vodafone hasn’t provided any solution. Now I’ll have to port to another operator and file a legal complaint @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Despite having 5G coverage, my phone is still stuck on 4G. This issue has been continuous for 1 month. I even changed my plan and contacted CCE multiple times, raised several complaints, but no resolution yet. Please fix this urgently. #VI5G #NetworkIssue
