    @ViCustomerCare I port in vi 1.5 months ago..first month it was all good but since last 10 days network fluctuates and sometimes all network goes down..getting E and H+ sign instead of 4G... Can't even browse internet..I contacted customer care twice but no solution provided yet.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid user of vi network I want to get converted to prepaid but the vi store in Hyderabad and the customer care is not helping me out. Not able to pay huge bills in pandemic I contacted the customer care more than 10 times but they did not help me out.

    @daksh_rajput11 @ViCustomerCare to my area and let them figure it out.But then they didnt respond eventualy i had to switch to jio,probably one of the top class network but offer wise they fail against Vi. I can assure if Vi improoves network in my area,i will switch back to Vi, if i switch

    @ViCustomerCare Very bad experience & cheated feeling. 1. Bad signal quality, data speed observed for more than a year now, at multiple places. 2. Decided to port to Jio. Their response was quick & reliable.

    @ViCustomerCare my port out request to jio was rejected as the Authorized Letter not in Desired Format. adviced to dial 199. Your services are so horrible that on connecting to 199 the call gets drop / disconnected! How do I port out of your ****** service ?? Pl help!!
