  Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

  I did not make any payment for the First Recharge (FRC) because, at the time of porting, the retailer informed me that I would receive one month of unlimited recharge free as a porting benefit. Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending.   @ViCustomerCare What exactly is happening? The entire Vi network in Raisen, MP has been down since 5 PM. No calls, no internet, and not even a single update. People depend on your network for work, banking, and emergencies. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately.
