@VodafoneUK @VodafoneIN I am been called to tell that the charges are being reversed for one month but my complaint clearly is for two months. SMS evidence of over-charge has been provided. But the larger question of why it is being repeatedly happening for 5 months is left unattended.

During the past 5 months, I have been charged additional data usage charges by Vodafone which is then reversed after numerous follow-ups as the excess data charges are done even on 50% pack usage. Such billing errors seems to be rampant with Vodafone Idea @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK

Vodafone network has gone from Good to worse and getting more worse day by day. There was a time when @VodafoneIN network was excellent but it’s gone very bad especially after merging / take over of Idea.

@VodafoneIN From The Tweets for @VodafoneIN it seems that most of the customers are not happy with Vodafone Services, I have a suggestion @TRAI Please Charge Vodafone India with heavy penalty and fine for not taking and resolving the network problems, despite of many complaints.

@ViCustomerCare Experiencing extremely poor network issues for both 2G, 3G & 4G voice & data services. The indoor coverage is worst. Most of the time it's no coverage. Customer care is asking to reinsert SIM & restart phone. Is it a joke? Now seems Porting Out is only solution.

@ViCustomerCare You can never trust VI network. Sometimes its the most fastest and sometimes its the worst ever. You miss important calls, lectures frequently. I thought its my problem only. But seeing so many friends, and people from all over, I am sure that VI is a sinking ship

@ViCustomerCare in last two months i have raised multiple quries but non of thoes got resolved. While roaming voice and data was pathetic, back to base also has same issue data is "H" or max "H+". What's going on with VI. Please fix it elase SMS "PORT" to xxxxxxxx.
