    @ViCustomerCare vi app doesn't update email id. Everytime OTP is filled in, it says "it is already updated" but the email has not been updated. Pl help.

    @AmitShah @narendramodi @TRAI @VodafoneIN @aajtak Ypu Vodafone guys increasing the tariff but you guys are jerk and disable . TRAI must check their connectivity issue . Else barred them from telecom sectors because they are criminal and don’t want to improve service.

    @ViCustomerCare and you are asking me to go to a Vi centre to fix this and do re verification really. I have never seen any network doing this even after having plans in active who gave you the rights to disconnect my calling this is terrible. No wonder you are losing customer.

    @ViCustomerCare, absolutely terrible experience trying to reactivate my SIM. Followed your re-verification link, submitted everything, and 72 hours later... still nothing. No confirmation, no network. Even your store staff has zero clues and zero accountability. Fix this ASAP.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I need urgent help. My relative's number 9168842613 is unable to receive incoming calls and OTPs. This is an emergency as they are unable to complete a gas delivery. Please check for any service blocks or network issues also the no. Is active and recharged

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been 3+ days since I booked a VI SIM home delivery (16 May) and there is still no update or delivery. No response from home delivery support, and 198 is just redirecting without resolution. This is unacceptable service.
