    @VodafoneIN Issue is, I was using 299 plan and I had upgraded to the plan of 399 with Mobile Shield but when I tried to registered on Mobile Shield App it always shows error. Now I want from Vodafone is to put my previous plan back on my number with Rs 50 discount that I was getting before.

    @ViCustomerCare How long does it take for your representative to get back on the above issue. It's been like 3rd day. All the representative are so busy??? This is one main reason I changed my network. No proper customer service... No wonder such a worst network I have ever used...

    @ViCustomerCare The quality of network remains the same even after more than 1 month. Don’t understand why improving the network is such a big ask specially when outdoor network also is absurd. Completely losing hope the network of @ViCustomerCare is going to ever improve
