    Dear @Airtel_Presence moved from @VodafoneIN but my decision is wrong,in my area airtel has 2 towers but worst speed of 4g and 3g too...call dropped problem too...Forget fastest 4G , kindly provide 3G at least at good speed.

    @VodafoneIN vodafone is wrost service i have ever used. They commit to solve out issue with in 24 -48 hrs and rt now 300 hrs passed and issue remain same. I have requested to change my postpaid to prepaid but after taking long time around 15 days they told me to visit store.

    @ViCustomerCare hopeless situation. Vi says fastest N/W. But let them provide N/W signal first. No signal. So many App requires you the network to be available, without which you cannot login & do your work. Vi is unable to solve this issue for last 5years.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @rmstakkar Vi is clearly cheating people by generating fake vouchers on their Vi App. Also the customer care has the guts to say the voucher is given by partner and we cannot help even if the voucher is invalid. What a shame.. Planning to port my no. and move out
