@VodafoneIN A month ago even my father faced the same issue and told me to switch the network but I had a trust on @VodafoneIN and never did that I use it since 8years and never seen such pathetic customer service issue. When I can be such loyal customer to you I expect the same from you.

@VodafoneIN Just received a call from @VodafoneIN team and I was ensured that the services will be resumed in 30minutes. I hope for a better response this as I was never disappointed by the services but this time it was something really annoying.

@VodafoneIN from last 1year service level reached to the worst. I left Vodafone due overcharging from postpaid. I joined again after 2 years, again this happen and switch to prepaid,now your app is putting us in debits by now showing nesesary details,it's pathetic.I quite forever

(1/4) Hello @TRAI @ViCustomerCare , So I was having very good service with Vi PostPaid (RedX) because of 900MHz reserved band and now I'm getting very bad service. I don't think it's the problem of Vi, because there are 1000s of customers per tower.
