    The life of @VodafoneIN 's customer- 1. Get charged with some new service without you asking for it 2. Money gets deducted from account 3. Write an email to @VodafoneIN for refund 4. Get amount refunded 5. Repeat the same process again next day

    @VodafoneIN VOLTE not working in POCO X2. Called your customer care twice but still no solution. From the start in the VODAFONE SIM VOLTE has never worked. Tried in another phone but still VOLTE doesn't work. Should I change my service provider?

    @ViCustomerCare Our entire group of 45 people have Vi sims. All are affected. We had only 5 JIO sims but could manage with that. Learn from other companies how to maintain and operate the network. You have unilaterally stopped 3G and made people upgrade to 4G, which is also not reachable.

    @ViCustomerCare Got call from you. As usual trying to put blame on customer. First you deactivated the sims. And then you forced to recharge. Try to fix it or I will go to consumer forum. I will wait for one week.

    @ViCustomerCare Actually facing the problem mainly between 21:00 hrs - 00:30 hrs regularly when #IdeaCellular signal was available that time no such issues happened, on 2012 when I used to access internet from my family members Vodafone number that time also E, H+ had same experience like now.😟

    @ViCustomerCare You have worst network in Goa. We survived on @reliancejio for our voice and data requirements. The letter E exists and appears on mobile whenever you have a Vi sim and roam in Goa. Worst network coverage ever seen. Adding to our woes, VoLTE randomly went ON OFF.
