    The life of @VodafoneIN 's customer- 1. Get charged with some new service without you asking for it 2. Money gets deducted from account 3. Write an email to @VodafoneIN for refund 4. Get amount refunded 5. Repeat the same process again next day

    @VodafoneIN VOLTE not working in POCO X2. Called your customer care twice but still no solution. From the start in the VODAFONE SIM VOLTE has never worked. Tried in another phone but still VOLTE doesn't work. Should I change my service provider?

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing the issue for the past 6 months now. For each time I contacted your customer care they say that engineers are working on a site near to my place, and they can't provide a time frame in which the network would be okay. Bullshit
