In a month, at least three days will be there, when the complete will go down. Third class & pathetic service.

Every month , there wont be any signal for 2-3 days. Fraud companies like you should immediately stop providing service. Will log a separate complaint with TRAI.

Your CC says that not a single complaint filed, but whole area is affected, and many complaints filed, So you are basically lying, and dont even acknowledge network is down

Calls to both 198 and 199 go through an automated system with only automated responses and there seems no way to talk to a real person. The chat function is also a bot!
