I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

@ViCustomerCare due to this network issue I’ve already raise port request to @airtelindia. Within this week if it is not rectified then I’ll be happy to switch in @airtelindia along with my fellow colleagues.

Dear @ViCustomerCare, I did a recharge of an unlimited pack which had 200 Mb data and unlimited calling for 2 days. However I can't make any calls nor browse the internet. Please resolve the issue!

@ViCustomerCare It's been over 24hours & my complaint is not resolved also 4days from the time I have purchased the sim card, number is still not active.. I'm self isolating myself and my family is tested Covid positive on Saturday. Can the number be activated please ? 🙏😭

@ViCustomerCare I’m facing network issue from long time in my office location and 2 times raised complaint also. Last week I got the call that your network team is coming to check. Still no response. I don’t want this type of service.

@ViCustomerCare not happy with your service.If your old coustomer have old mob no of your network, you will force to convert in post paid from prepaid. other wise you will stop sim network.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI You paid your last outstanding bill correct ? Post that you moved out and there would have been a few days taken to move to other service provider . That pro rated charges might be pending. It happens with most postpaid as one doesn't switch on the date of bill generated.

@ViCustomerCare Not able to receive calls but am able to make calls SMS. Caller gets msg that phone is switched off. Have this problem from 28th June. Called customer care, complained on Vi App. Kindly solve quickly & also u shouldn't bill me from 28th till the problem is sorted

@ViCustomerCare We having connectivity issues these days more frequently. Even net speed we used to get earlier was in Mbps but these days it's going much slower, even below 100 kbps. Hope you'll sort this out soon.
