  @ViCustomerCare VI's network is worst I have complained many times but nothing came out of it. The complaint is closed after two days after sending some network settings that are not working. There is a problem with both the internet and call drop.

  @ViCustomerCare VI is vodaidea is it not? Then why are idea customers given short shrift? Does your offer mention that an idea customer can’t convert his sim to eSIM directly? He has to port to Vodafone wait 4 days to get Vodafone sim then convert to eSIM! Why no technological solution?

  @VodafoneIN @TRAI VI claims fastest 4G internet. Trust is,it sucks. as a privileged postpaid customer I raised a complaint twice no action taken. The net in jamshedpur is really terrible and I have no other choice left other than porting.thanks VI for such a pathetic service.
