I don't know how you guys run your system of network providing. It is so pathetic here. You can't work at all. Cell tower is just next to my house, still whole day internet connection was so weak. Really disappointed. Place= Karanpur, Babhnan(271313) @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I ordered a prepaid sim on 6th November and I was assured that it will be delivered to me on 7th November. Till date I have called the helpline number thrice and all they do is just inform the back end team. Horrible service by Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Hi, we facing network issue.Postpaid Sim Customer care suggest to change the sim card . We went VI store at Vidyanagar Hyderabad we are taking new SIM card still it was not at activated. Customer care also not responding Properly. We un happy with your services.
