    @VodafoneIN I guess it gonna take u ages I received a call today from Vodafone with no resolution... Just telling me to visit Vodafone store and for bill the clear wordings were "mam bill toh pay karna hi padhega".

    In the era where a new number gets activated in 5 mins, i had a different experience with @VodafoneIN where a number obtained at 4PM on 19th is still not activated. Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN We faced a similar situation from Vodafone. My husband called them from US and got it rectified. They had not explained clearly that Sim management is required to be done. Sim toolkit is required to set your simcard on international roaming. Serious lapse in service.

    @VodafoneIN Like seriously... A customer is associated with you from 14-15 yrs n wld hv paid u lacs in total by now and you are treating as if customer is only bothered about the 600-700 rupees to be saved from being paid...

    @VodafoneIN highly disappointed to see how the issues of customers are being handled that too when you are connected from more than a decade with Vodafone. you don't give any resolution but the number gets suspended and may get deactivated bt Vodafone guys are least bothered.

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN @RakeshSinghSis9 had numerous arguments with cust care. We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

    @VodafoneIN This is my 5th or 6th visit and everytime they send me back with a new condition... This is really frustrating... And even the employer at store and customer care people give different different answers always... I am giving up the efforts to get this number working

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I tried calling the hotline numbers with a Jio sim card, and the calls were placed. It seems OnePlus handset is not a problem as conveniently informed by your customer care representative. Please get the problem resolved, it's becoming a huge inconvenience.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India if you are not able to provide me the service means please refund my money and leave me by providing PORT OUT immediately. I am not going to use smartphone to enjoy only 2g. Daily network fluctuations from 4g to ,3g 2g . Fed-up with this.

    @ViCustomerCare I have haryana sim and living in Gurgaon(NCR) , i am frequently getting Delhi(roaming) network which is too slow ,even if i select haryana network manually it switch back to roaming network. Your Delhi site is overshooting RF plz optimise this issue at any cost.

    @ViCustomerCare I Am Worried With your worst network service why u charged 4G pack when I get always 2G network and worst calling I have 7 number and port out the all numbers from your service provider why I recharged my number and use vodafone when no network coverage in home

    I purchased a new VI sim on 8/08/2021 and from that I never experienced good internet speed I complained 3 times till now and endless calls to customer care but still it's not resolved huge regret on buying VI sim @ViCustomerCare please help!
