    Moved to panchkula in september 2019. Its been 4 months facing network issues with @VodafoneIN daily, call getting drop, no 4G coverage. Have raised complaints several times, all the time I am getting response that we are installing new towers. @ergyanesh @airtelindia @PMOIndia

    In the era where a new number gets activated in 5 mins, i had a different experience with @VodafoneIN where a number obtained at 4PM on 19th is still not activated. Poor service at #Sector27 Store and care team has no info on the number. Should have chosen a different telecom.

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN @RakeshSinghSis9 had numerous arguments with cust care. We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

    Previously I have my no. of idea cellular, after merger it changed to Vodafone red, after that my call waiting service is disabled, I humbly request you to plz enable my call waiting service Regards @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN despite of having 350+ bill every month, the service and network of Vodafone is so bad that I can't load a Twitter page fully. Even it does not fulfilling a two G speed. Hope you don't charge today's rental. M- 9872963154

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    @ViCustomerCare Still ZERO response from @ViCustomerCare after my DM. Even worse, the delivery agent contacted us and had the audacity to demand ₹150 for a replacement SIM for a faulty one you already delivered! This is daylight robbery & harassment. Fix this NOW. #Vi #CustomerService
