However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.

Staff refused to help and insisted that I first port my family's Jio numbers to VI postpaid. A duplicate SIM is a customer right, not a sales opportunity.
