    @VodafoneIN highly disappointed to see how the issues of customers are being handled that too when you are connected from more than a decade with Vodafone. you don't give any resolution but the number gets suspended and may get deactivated bt Vodafone guys are least bothered.

    @addiace @UfterYou @VodafoneIN These telecom companies have the magic to bill the clients for numbers one has not even dialed...........one service provider has billed Rs 411 on a post paid plan of Rs 199.. One call that emanated for 39 seconds cost me Rs 159....received no itemised bill for the period

    @KapoorJo @VodafoneIN @RakeshSinghSis9 had numerous arguments with cust care. We made several trips to T mobile stores who the customer care people informed us, were their US partners. Nothing worked. Then he wrote emails and managed to catch the attention of a manager who explained over WhatsApp.

    @VodafoneIN This is my 5th or 6th visit and everytime they send me back with a new condition... This is really frustrating... And even the employer at store and customer care people give different different answers always... I am giving up the efforts to get this number working

    Previously I have my no. of idea cellular, after merger it changed to Vodafone red, after that my call waiting service is disabled, I humbly request you to plz enable my call waiting service Regards @VodafoneIN

    Instead of rectifying their internal glitch @VodafoneIN have yet another time #barred my service. My ECS mandate for processing of their bill is still active as confirmed by my bank. Surprised to receive a call from @Idea, though without a solution & @VodafoneIN are all deaf ears

    @ViCustomerCare Hello @ViCustomerCare, I am using Vi’s 365 days Hero Unlimited plan. Even though I live in a good network coverage area, I am not getting the unlimited data benefit. I only receive 1GB of data daily, and after that the internet speed becomes extremely slow.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Vi network service in haryana is so poor your own data stated 80% harayana is without 5g internet connection but you charge for 5g unlimited network why Vi of their is no 5g than you why charge for 5g in haryana. @TRAI
