    Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

    So: 1) Iโ€™ll keep getting calls from Vi telling me about an offer Iโ€™m not interested in. They will keep calling me throughout the day until I hear the full offer 2) your network is so bad I canโ€™t hear them, so they will refuse to hang up. Height of stubbornness @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare 1st thing without my confirmation vi added renewed Amazon prime and added charge 1270/- in my bill . And calls I am user of vi since 2015 but again and again facing problem if you want give me solution refund 1270/- in my bill that added without my concern.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare wtf?Recharged with โ‚น1048 plan for 10GB/day(300GB)+ unlimited 5G, but still no benefits activated. Contacted you guys 4 days ago, promised it'd be done by 27th Dec. Today is 27th and NOTHING! Feeling straight up betrayed. Fix this NOW! #ViScam

    @ViCustomerCare Fuxking worst network literally I come from Village area and people don't use X here still the VI team telling that do multiple tweets so we can trust Scammers literally they can't solved my problem even after 10 days of daily calling and chat response worse

    @vadafone @ViCustomerCare I am doing my wedding shopping I came to another state, and my sim card is deactivated for **** reason, I been using this number since 8+ years, why my number got inactive with my active recharge plans, I have to struggle for making payment now from gpay and banks
