    Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint No Sr. No. 4-141376448522, (A) Request Vi to get a better landline which your customer care rep calls as the line is unclear and keeps dropping while call is in progress, (B) what happened to my complaint? Can your Sr person call me?

    @DoT_India It doesn't look like @ViCustomerCare wanted to take action. What I get is diplomatic automated responses. It's been 71 days until today. @DoT_India Their response is so unacceptably poor.

    @ViCustomerCare your 4G internet has become terrible!! I am a #Vodafone user since more than a decade but now I am wanting to port to @airtelindia Been facing issue with 4G internet since a week!!

    @ViCustomerCare please resolve network issue always fluctuating it is getting irritated while doing work from home I am not even getting 0.5 Mbps in your hotspot device itself Worst experience with customer service also no one responded at all. In indoor not even getting 1 point.

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer care service by telecom company, it's not worth a single penny, so many problems and not one solution and executive make false promises to keep customer from porting out, i am going to consumer court, i am done .
