    Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

    @ViCustomerCare I have been a postpaid subscriber for 12 years. I have just been auto subscribed to the Movies and TV service, for which there is no opt out mechanism on your app. Since this is a clear case of fraud, I'm requesting @TRAI to intervene and stop this dark pattern.

    Please check your system. The VI tower in our village (Moti Rafudad 361170, Lalpur, Jamnagar) is down. DG (generator) is not running and there is no network. Kindly start the DG and restore services urgently. @ViCustomerCare #VI #NoSignal

    Dear Team,i didn't receive 4G and 5G network coverage last 2022 I have raised multiple complaints but no resolution from u r end @JioCare @ViCustomerCare showing emergency calls only in indoor and 1 network bar in outdoor calling and internet speed issue.. location Ghijore 201307

    @ViCustomerCare check field level. Virtually everything seems normal. The network has dropped so low that the phone is overheating, finally I am forced to use the sim keypad mobile from the smartphone. Nothing else will happen because of you.     I always tweet about VI experience and once again I'm here with worst possible experience by VI and this time my 2 months plan is going to over in 2 days and I'll change my sim and i won't use forever it gives the worst possible network and internet in very area.@ViCustomerCare
