    Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Another copy-paste apology and DM request. The issue is public. Vi numbers are being misused for sales calls against TRAI rules. Regulators and Vi need to act in the open, not push customers into private chats.

    Dear @JioCare, @ViCustomerCare and @BSNLCorporate, if this is how broadband support works elsewhere too, please let me know before I switch. After 3 days, 4 engineer visits and a “resolved” ticket with no internet, I’m evaluating my options.

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the WRONG Vi mobile number via Google Pay today. I request your urgent help in reversing/cancelling the recharge and refunding the amount, if possible. The incorrectly recharged number: +91 8000******* Please help me resolve this issue. 🙏
