Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

@ViCustomerCare When vi will fix the latency issue why its always 100-200 ms latency and jio and airtel gives below 50ms i have reported several times on call but nothing is happening vi dont care about latency buy good servers man its so high latency fix it as soon as possible

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Ms. Simran Kaur from Dwarka Sector 11 VI store needs to be trained on handling disgruntled customers as she loses her cool with ease which doesn't help the customer at all. She was very rude and acting oversmart.

It’s time to say goodbye to the most pathetic mobile network- Vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare. I should thank myself for bearing their services for so long. Worst network and miserable data speed and connection. Seriously, do not opt for it ever.
