Worst Service Provided By @VodafoneIN . First They'll Activate Flash Messages Service on our number then they'll deduct our balance continuously without informing the users. Then I'll call customer support for my balance refund they'll said sorry we cannot refund your service (1)

@ViCustomerCare I do have an alternate number and that again is VF which has no coverage. if you need to reach me i need to step out of my house on the open to get coverage. That’s how bad the situation. I am out of n/w coverag since last week. And I don’t feel this given right level importance.

@ViCustomerCare First,Please provide indoor coverage. Vowifi and esim. If you take looonnngggg time to deliver your services what is the use. I have decided to port to other network after this billing cycle.
