Here,however,Vi will mark your issue as resolved in the Vi app and they consider it to be resolved. Additionally, the offer that Vi is currently providing with the Hero Unlimited Pack as night data free from 12AM to 6AM is not that fast it's preferable to use 3G @ViCustomerCare
