  Hey @ViCustomerCare there is absolutely nil network coverage on Nagpur Umred Highway. Nearly 90% of Road doesn't connect to your network. Please depute your engineers and executives to check the network strength along the Highway. You will be ashamed of your poor network. @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare is doing unfair trade practices. After I ported out to @reliancejio , they keep bombarding me with calls, spamming, and threatening to block my number. The “port steps” they share are actually to cancel the port. @trai please set a limit on such calls.

  @ViCustomerCare I’ve shared my details with you twice via DM, but still haven’t received any response. Are you guys seriously fooling customers? This is extremely frustrating . If this can’t be resolved, please help me switch my SIM back to my previous operator @TRAI
