Despite that, I am still receiving 10โ12 calls a day along with continuous promotional messages. I have already informed customer care multiple times that my issue has been resolved, yet I am being repeatedly pressured to continue the SIM and opt for new plans. This is becoming extremely frustrating and feels like harassment now. Please stop these calls and messages immediately.

When I cancelled auto renewal it clearly showed the plan will be valid for paid validity and auto renewal will not happen.
