    Recharged with the β‚Ή349 plan, but since 5G is unavailable in my area, I'm limited to 1.5 GB/day on 4G. I have been trying to recharge with the β‚Ή55 Unlimited Data add-on, but every payment attempt fails. Despite multiple attempts and contacting customer support @ViCustomerCare

    Hello there @ViCustomerCare I want to inform you that please install a network tower in my village so that we get the network speed stable and fast Vi network is very weak in our area which causes call drops and problems in online work,So if possible please make it possible.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial Dear Vodafone, Please put some network towers on pilgrimage tracking route of Kedarnath. VI was almost invisible in most of Utrakhand. I had to purchase another operator’s sim during the Utrakhand trip because VI network was so bad over there.

    @ViCustomerCare My vi sim automatically stopped working. No external damage, no warning. Vi store says that old sims stop working after a few years. Shouldn't there be a warning for the users? Especially in today's age when most of the accounts including banking depend on phones?

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Despite having validity and recharge, your services are pathetic During critical hours, OTP is never received. This is a common and regular harassment. Mend it or I v to file a formal complaint
