    @ViCustomerCare #Vodafone no signal found in my location no one response.i face no signal so many time in a month I recharge 249 for 28 days but in a month i use 12 to 15 days only don’t use vodafone network.

    @ViCustomerCare I have 2 numbers are both the facing issues for the past 2 days . As I mentioned the issue is intermittent , so the issue is connected to your network congestion. Can you help ?

    the issue & not taken any action against TSP VodaIdea. What are the good reasons for taking up the issue with TSP? This is a crime as Govt Of UP has clarified in newspapers that it is TFS. Why have you not acted till now? Please help me understand? @ViCustomerCare @PMOIndia

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, Today I converted my SIM from postpaid to prepaid. So the vi store gave me the new sim packet but by mistake, it has been lost by me. I would request you to help me out and from tomorrow there is a strict lockdown for 15 days in Kolkata.
