  @ViCustomerCare instead of paying huge money for promotion, try to fix your services and plan, then you don’t need big celebrities , I remember the days when #Hutch was using only a Cute Dog to promote. “Wherever you go, our network follows” but you ruined Hutch

  @ViCustomerCare Once a bad experience, arrogant manager at call center, and never have looked back at VI to buy any of their service ever. I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.

  @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

  @ViCustomerCare You are changing exactly booked a sim online on 23 rd August and you are not able to deliver it till today. Customer care is pathetic as hell this is when someone buys a new fancy number and want to get on board on your network, you your self don't want customer.
