@ViCustomerCare There was a calldrop and internet issues for which I went to your gallery in Byculla,Mumbai.where I was told to upgrade the sim to 5g and it will be shifted to postpaid for 4 months. I had to take a family plan of 2 members pay 300 for new sim, as nobody in fly wanted to shift.

They deliberately pose that they can't hear & disconnect the call repeatedly despite calling from different nos. Shame on @ViCustomerCare #Vi
