  @ViCustomerCare The VI number provided in the DM belongs to my mother; she uses it on a basic Samsung phone that does not support the internet. Whenever I call home to speak with her, the voice breaks up, making it impossible to have a conversation. I do not require a 5G network; .

  @ViCustomerCare @AnanyaBirlaX sorry to share the inhumane attitude of vi staff. In May I switched to Postpaid from Prepaid. Call centre called for PV. Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. I’m in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help

  @ViCustomerCare You admitted the store agent’s error, yet my number 79765XXXXX is still suspended. No incoming/outgoing calls and no resolution. Kindly restore services immediately instead of giving contradictory responses.
