    Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Shree, I did manage to get my sim back but had to make two visits for it. I've got the employee name who said I can't get my sim in prepaid and on my 2nd visit denied me service as i entered the store at 19:03. I'd really like a callback to report the behaviour and experience.

    @ViCustomerCare why you forcing customer to recharge for minimum 129rs if need to send sms in month when needed only 2or3 sms only @TRAI @DoT_India pls take necessary action
