Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare the worst IVR for mobile phones is of vodafone ! IDEA was much better, could speak to a human. All I want to do is deactivate DND services so I can get all SMS's !! Such a pain it is .. and I cant speak to a human !! I wish someone can help me

@vicustomercare 2 days back before leaving India to maldives recharged Rs.2500 through online to ensure Roaming is activated, neither it is the showing balance or Romaing is activated. Please help
