Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@ViCustomerCare Recently made a payment to shut down a number, as threats were given that matter will be reported in a local newspaper, i had asked the agent to confirm me on mail from Vodafone officially regarding receipt of payment and the number has been shut. Please check.

@ViCustomerCare After 10 Days, the number finally started now. Thanks to the Vi Store guys at bellandur. Things yet to be resolved: 1. Ensuring I don't get charged for this lack of service 2. Alternate number update 3. Customer Care number and Appellate authority unresponsiveness 1/2
