    @VodafoneIN Hahahahaha I have one Vodafone sim card as well, which I am planning to port. Vodafone supernet 4g is biggest failure. The problem is no service provider has coverage at Wakad (Shankar Kalat nagar Wakad) Pune.

    @VodafoneIN facing pathetic network services. Calls dropping, calls failing, voice crackles, low speed 4G internet speed. Ticket logged (36359118831), but I am sure it’s of no use. The network issue persists since Vodafone merged with Idea.

    @VodafoneIN Hello! Your complaint for Voice-No Access INC or OG with reference number MNG-V00126628671 dated 02 Oct 20 02.39 PM is resolved. If you are not satisfied, you can log appeal at 198. This msg I received nothing happened problem is as it is call dropping and Slow net.

    Internet speed is very very sketchy since Monday in Pune overall but terrible in my area @VodafoneIN. Can't even load Google. Please look into it.

    @VodafoneIN Finally I understand Vodafone can’t able to improve network as they spent whole money only in advertisements of adding Tower and others. From past almost 1years I am keep complaining for poor network coverage (voice & data) but no action taken by Vodafone.

    I never get more than 2 signal bars , i have even replaced my SIM recently as suggested by your customer care executive. But it seems that it has not made much difference to the kind of signal strength / quality of coverage. They remain poor as before. @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN From Oct 2019, I have been complaining about worst mobile network issue. Till date no support. More over your desk say "we have done all what vodafone can do". They are very happy and said I can port to Airtel,but will not solve the problem.

    @VodafoneIN worst 4G network i have ever seen. It just poor than 2G and only shows connected at 4G. Majority issues noted after merger with iDea. Feel ashamed when relaying Vodafone network for any digital payments it just never works. Have used hotspot from roaming people.

    @RVAGamingg @ViCustomerCare The only reason I stopped using Vi is their problem with sending SMS due to this unable to activate upi, banking apps, tried resolving issue multiple times with customer care then in work fine for a week. Then again same issue

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare Highly disappointed. Promised a new connection within 24 hours, but it’s been over 48 hours with no installation and no proper update. If commitments can’t be honored, they shouldn’t be made. This is unacceptable customer service. #Disappointed #UnhappyNewCustomer

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Still no update after 3 days. The promised 12–24 hour SIM delivery seems to have turned into an indefinite wait. Should I take this as a hint to cancel the port request and switch to @reliancejio instead?
