They only give fake assurance of upgrading network but never under customer pain.

Your app homepage is all messed up data. My data is 2gb /day. Today I barely used after 6.00am but balance gone down to 0.62gb.otyer issues too.

Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.
