    @VodafoneIN That's it now. Enough is enough. I'm porting my Vodafone number to Jio. It's very sad after 10 years I have to take this decision. I wrote many emails, tweeted to Customer Support team but it's looks like they don't need the customer. Feeling sad about Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN your customer service representative don't have manners to talk. Complaining from past 6months but still he's saying it will take time. I cannot transfer your call to network department then why you're saying that for any problem call to our team.

    @TRAI @MIB_India @PrakashJavdekar kindly take strict action on @VodafoneIN as they are failing to provide 4G LTE network. Making false promises to valued customer about we're improving the network but they just couldn't.

    Even my turtle runs faster than your network @Vodacom last time too I called on 198 & tweetd by tagging @ViCustomerCare got no solution just a message that your problem is solved still same network issue even visited nearby care center they exchanged the sim too still same issue

    - after trying to complain to @ViCustomerCare for months and nothing changing, I decided to port to @reliancejio. - the minute I put in a porting request, I was bombarded with calls from Vodafone Idea claiming they are going to fix my problem in the next 10 days. 2/3
