@ViCustomerCare Hi, I subscribed VI voicemail box service, paid ₹99/- called 51234 for setting PIn and greeting etc. Now default number for Voicemail box which is 9820011110 is not working. Called 199 but they aren't able to resolve it.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneFdn After escalating my issue I got call from Sudha Yadav, Vodafone.she accepted the problem in their system but not able to rectify the fraud. My bill was calculated wrong.Some executives are tempting me of Rs. 100 deduction for ignoring their fraud.
