@heytal @sushantjoshi Yup. @VodafoneIN has been erratic to put it mildly. On my way back from Mumbai yesterday, there was no service in the entire stretch covering Lohegaon, Aundh and Khadki. Terrible!

@VodafoneIN hey, i had a issue with an international roaming pack, finally i got a call yesterday from Voda support that we are making a request for reversal of this pack, i have the call recording, today support denied that completely and said refund can't be processed

@ViCustomerCare still there is no late if you want to become no.1 choice of customer stop validity recharges of rs 49,65,95 and provide 90 days service validity on each type of recharge that is topup/unlimited pack by default automatically.this will be more beneficial for you.
