@ViCustomerCare Absolutely pathetic I changed my new sim cause I needed 4g. The sim didn't get changed and I'm informed that the new one was active. I am travelling tomorrow. There was a reason I got this done in urgency. Call centre zero help. Worst service.

Hey @ViCustomerCare I've been facing network issue from past 2 days, and I was asked to replace the sim card, I replaced it yesterday evening, since then there's no network on that also, And there's ticket raised in the morning 9 AM, and there's no update on that also.

@ViCustomerCare Got call from 8795598201. Guy said he is from ur network deptt. I said that i'm thinking of porting the number. he casually said "thik hai, koi baat nahi" n happily cut the call within 10 seconds! such is VI's approach towards customer service. Pathetic. @VodafoneIN
