    @ViCustomerCare shameless thieves. You instantly pocketed my recharge money after 6 months but gave me a DEAD network. No signal at all. Forcing customers to physically visit a store for your backend incompetence is a literal scam. Absolute trash tier telecom. #ViIndia

    You buy a product, they are not able to deliver. So, I ask to cancel it. You say me you can't cancel, wait until its delivered. If the sim got delivered also, I make sure to throw in the bin. All thanks to @ViCustomerCare not sure what to do with the complaint no.APR-V02106617661

    @ViCustomerCare I am in 5G network area. Seeing 5G on my device. But after a certain time data gets exhausted and after that the Internet doesn't work. What a pathetic service.

    5/ @ViCustomerCare your network quality is already poor, but your customer service is even worse. A genuine long-time customer with valid government ID gets treated like a fraud case over a corrected DOB. Absolutely pathetic experience at VI Store, Kamrej, Surat.

    @ViCustomerCare Some toll-free numbers still work on Vi, so this appears to be a routing/interconnect issue affecting specific numbers. Please investigate and resolve urgently. @ViCustomerCare
