@ViCustomerCare I have done MNP to VI Just an hour ago it got activated. During the time of MNP i ask the person in store at SR NAGAR what about FRC, he replied " sir, we don't do FRC, you have to do it on your own by login in to VI app" Now the customer care is saying.....

...you cannot login to app unless you have an FRC recharge from store!. And he charged me 100₹ to do MNP and not done FRC. What should I do now!!!!! @ViCustomerCare ? Answer!

@VodafoneIN Rem.97: Your network is 0.03 mbps at Balaji Appts Upkar Colony, Delhi-84. Your SIMs were recharged severally but your network didn't respond. Complained many times but it is still unresolved. Please place a booster forthwith. 9210365089, 8586861991, 8178082002 (✓}.

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Bcoz of this erstwhile telcos r lagging behind jio n the world.Also to give required download speeds in NSA 5G ur network sholud be 4G upgraded entirely. Indian govt also should have to minimize the telcos debt burden to effectively give 4G n 5G.(n/n)
