    @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely poor customer service. I asked to convert my postpaid number to prepaid and repeatedly declined promotional offers, but the agent kept pushing them. Finally told conversion isn’t possible and I must return to India. Also no feedback call despite opting

    @ViCustomerCare I just wanted to share my advise, those funds could have been used on your network to provide good network service to existing customers. When existing customers share the good feedback of your network, that's what get you more customers. Not a fandom of SRK
