@TRAI The speed of @ViCustomerCare in my area is 60-65 KBps only almost unusable. it's only usable at midnight ..it was super fast till January but feel like Vi network intentionally Reduced it.what legal actions i can take .i have already contacted customer care multiple times

Hi @ViCustomerCare,Today I got an SMS "Hello! Thank you for choosing for access mydala powered deal, You have been charged with Rs 48". I've never opted for any such deal & clicked any link. I DMed u my number.Plz refund my money ASAP. Otherwise, I will have to quit Vi.
