    @ViCustomerCare I recently changed my sim card to esim. As per the information, it was told that text messages are stopped for 24 hours. Till now it is same situation and i have addressed this to customer care multiple times, till now no response, could you please help?

    @ViCustomerCare Good job @ViCustomerCare, our services are suspended due to non payment or dues, a substantial amount with random numbers linked to our account. Most of my questions are unanswered and your customer execs keep trying to give me 500 credit. 😐 Need Answers and Accountability.

    @ViCustomerCare There is accute network issue in this village...I m also a Vi customer since 2005 but network issue is still not resolved....pls install a tower in this village.......pls pls pls solve network issue for my village. There is no Vi tower in my village.

    @ViCustomerCare Can't receive messages from last day problem happening again and again. Worst network ever used just increasing recharge price not network quality worthless network. @BSNLCorporate

    Got call from @HousingBajaj from +913345351826 no. The person on call was speaking very abusive upon enquiring from where he got my no and he was like no one is going to register my complaint. Now i thinking what action i should take @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Payment made on 18th Feb 22 and u guys stopped my service today.. disgusting service by VI. Look into the matter ASAP. My no is 8697709350. VI can't even trace a payment of a customer. Strange and Ridiculous.
