I have been using VI postpaid frm last 6mnths,since then facing network issues only getting H+ connection instead of 4G. Multiple time informed the customer care but not even a single response. Should i quite using VI and jump to other operator.@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare 6 calls in one hour[between 8:30-9:30am, not a suitable time](Disconnecting & leaving quick responses doesn't concern you). You get furious to talk to customer soon & only after they put-up a request to PORT. never such dedication before. 1/4
