Very third class service by @ViCustomerCare For vi_postpaid Customers. They directly applied 299 pack whiteout inform. And charged on bills. And when I complained they cut my call. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

@VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare I have ported out my number to Airtel in September. Till the day of port-out, no outstanding amt was communicated to me. Of late, smses of outstanding amt are being sent to me, again without any itemized bill. Resolve the issue ASAP.
