    @VodafoneIN i can see few VAS activated in application but actually i am not able to utilize it and tried to contact customer care but hard luck. One of the service is Zee5, shows activated in Vi app and not able to use it.. how come you discontinue without even prior informing.

    @ViCustomerCare Applied for International roaming(USA) for 9426662515 from 30/4 to 15/6. However, it only worked for 7 days. Called customer care for partial refund but as per them, charges would be levied even though service was not provided. Worst service ever experienced.

    @VodafoneIN charging full for network and calling but the service providing zero. Pathetic network. Pathetic response. Customer care team cut the phone during conversion. @TRAI Please help

    @ViCustomerCare can you suggest me any 2G plans please 🙏🏼 I got 2G network instead of 4G network.. So next time i will do recharge for 2G network othervise as discussed I will go for #Airtel4G @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea #vodafonesucks

    @ViCustomerCare As per your request I had visited VI mini store katenanivali kalyan east they also has not issued me sim replacement with the help of voter card, DL and passport. Please solve the problem or else I will approach the consumer court for redressal.
